  Recently purchased a twin lazy boy. I needed to know placement, size and material of the eight legs before delivery. Stopped at the store to get measurements and both people I interacted with were accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. (Autumn even moved a large stack of boxes so I could measure.) Aftersales behavior is important to me and this store has it.

  I've been with Arona for over 10 years. They've always been professional, courteous & extremely helpful. I moved to Saginaw & they kept us as a customer instead of transferring us to Saginaw. Erica (before her promotion), Nick, Autumn & Scott have been our go to people. They're very understanding with payments & budget friendly. Highly recommend. They deserve more than 5 stars!

  Buying appliances isn’t exactly on anyone’s “Top 10 Fun Things to Do” list, but Nick Low somehow makes it painless. He’s easy to talk to, knows his stuff, doesn’t make you feel pressured, and treats people like human beings instead of walking commission checks. Arona is lucky to have him. If you’re headed to Arona anyway, do yourself a favor and ask for Nick. You’ll leave with what you need—and probably a better mood than when you walked in.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Nick Low at Arona! I recently got a new TV and Nick Low helped me pick out a PS5 to go with it. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. He answered all my questions, made the whole process easy, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Nick Lowwent above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. His customer service is seriously top-notch, and you can tell he actually cares about the people he’s helping. I left excited about my new PS5 and feeling great about the entire experience. If you go to Arona, ask for Nick Low! He’s awesome and absolutely deserves recognition for the way he treats his customers. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
