My son is going into his Senior Year and he is painting a parking spot at his High School. Due to time restraints with my work and his band, we walked into Lowe’s a half an hour before it closed. Doug helped answer every question and made so many samples of paint. I originally thought we might have to come back at 6am but he went above and beyond to help us for this project. Management came to see if there was anything they could do because literally, we were the last people in the store. We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I am so grateful! Excellent job to Doug and the entire team! You made this Senior’s Year start off brilliantly. I would love to post his Parking Spot picture when it is complete.

I’m absolutely disappointed with this location. My experience today has completely changed my perception of this store. It’s not because of the inventory or lack of availability, but rather the poor customer service.
I went in today to purchase a new front door and headed straight to the door section. I saw an employee in a beanie, seemingly searching for something. When we asked if he could help us, he didn’t seem interested. He didn’t even look our way, just said, “Excuse me, I’m helping a customer,” and walked away.
We waited patiently, but he didn’t even acknowledge us. We ended up browsing the store for about 10-15 minutes. Then, he came back, but he didn’t even look at us. He just walked away and then asked if we needed help. We said, “Yeah, today is one of those days.”
My dad even walked the aisle he was in and he showed the one-minute finger up in the air. We thought maybe this time he would help, but we waited a total of 20-25 minutes just standing around. We asked for help from two other employees, but they also said they’d bring someone over, but no one came.
I hope the guy that was working in this door department “all by himself” could be talked to and look into customer service again. Cause however his attitude was today seemed like a lot of customers will run into issue with this.
It’s amazing how they have such a big store and yet they seem like no employees are around to help. We were fed up at this point and left the store. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location and I’m extremely disappointed with the store.

My mother purchased a ceiling fan for the kitchen in the past (last year) the technician came late 10:00. That ceiling fan went out within 6 months and she went repurchase another ceiling fan and paid for the installation and the same thing is happening again. The installer called this morning 8:40 am and as of right now we are still waiting 8 hours to 10 hours later 9:10pm. She paid extra for installation. We don't need that installer that you're using anymore. We need a professional.

Unfortunately I Uber here quite often and i’m always getting dismissed by the same staff when i have to pick up orders or either shop for the paying customers from your store . Theres only maybe a few regulars that actually help . I also have to do tax exempt for Uber orders so it needs to be signed off if it’s not a pick up order .
Today i received the help i needed from the front end staff at self service from a nice young man . But today on 7/17/27 8:30 pm , The much older lady likely in her 50s or older with the dirty blonde hair ( hoping that’s not y’all’s manager ) if so please do better ; always looks at me and says nothing . all the time , that’s very telling .
On top of that there was another coworker with long braids who wore chunky black glasses looked at me after standing in a group circle by the entrance talking like they always do , finally helped and then points to the item and walks away .
