I went to this store a couple of days ago and was assisted by an employee named David. He went out of his way to help me a couple of times. It's really hard to find great customer service these days particularly at home improvement stores. Kudos to David for being friendly and helpful!

Better than home depot. They support veterans, bit just like many other places, they hire someone to work in departments and they have no idea about the products Lowes is selling or how to do anything. I remember going to Lowe’s years ago, and if you walked into the paint department, the person working in the paint department couldn’t answer any question you had about paint or painting. Nowadays, these people have no clue they’re just putting bodies in spaces.

It's weird when a 'Kerin' is the best part of any shopping experience. My wife bought me a riding mower for Father's Day and was to receive a choice of an attachment- spreader or dump cart. She selected the DC and paid for the delivery. The riding mower was delivered without the attachment due to "being assembled and would be delivered later". My wife found out that the spreader was "ready to be picked up" and called the store for a reason of the incorrect item and the lack of delivery. There was no true answer so we went to the store. My wife was given a refund of the spreader by Kerin, but this wasn't the item my wife wanted so she contacted Lowe's corporate and was told that the warehouse will call and deliver the DC. The warehouse told us that they do not handle these issues and it is a store situation. My wife called Lowe's corporate again and spoke with Abigail. After reading the help ticket, Abigail stated that the store will have to correct their mistake. My wife is getting upset by this time and reminded Abigail what the store did last time. After hearing this part of the story, Abigail stated that she would "check on some things and be right back". After 4 minutes, we hear a familiar voice. It was Kerin from the store. My wife explained the issue with getting the runaround and not getting the full refund of DC ($248 instead of $299). After noticing that the slight difference in item numbers between the accessories (only one digit), Kerin was able pay back the difference to my wife. This situation was not the best whatsoever, but I can say that Kerin did what she could to actually resolve it. Thank you, Kerin

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Lowe's. I paid in full in March for a front door and two storm doors. The products have been available since the first week of May, yet a month later the installation still hasn't been started.
First, I was told I needed a lead paint assessment, which came back negative. Then I was told the delay was due to a permit that should have been addressed at the time of purchase. Throughout this process, communication has been poor, and I have had to repeatedly follow up to get answers.
When customers pay thousands of dollars up front, they deserve better planning, accountability, and communication. I expected a smooth installation process and instead have experienced unnecessary delays and frustration. I hope Lowe's improves how these projects are managed so other customers don't have to go through the same experience.

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
