  i went here to grab some pool supplies and tim was incredibly helpful and patient as i didnt know what i was doing he was very polite the whole time as well as knowing everything that was needed and helping me pick it all out then chris checked me out who and kind during the whole process as well helping and carrying everything to my car. outstanding costumer service would come here everytime!!!

  This is my second post. I don’t see my first one so I’ll repeat it. I was looking for a pool at the beginning of summer came to Sunny’s pool And was immediately greeted by Andrew Who was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information of what to look for ! The salesman Chris came over and explained even more I felt walking out of that store. I knew exactly what I wanted and why I wanted it very knowledgeable staff I returned the following week to order. The pool felt very comfortable. The owner was very nice part a brand new Carvin Pompeii Which looks great in my backyard. Been back now, countless times and always treated with respect and a smile

  We just replaced our 20+ year pool (which we also purchased at Sunny’s) with a brand-new above ground. Chris was fantastic! He helped us pick out a wonderful pool. No question or concern was too small. He always got right back to me when I called with questions during the process. I have been a customer of Sunny’s for years and followed them from their first location off Hayes and 23 in Macomb Twp, to their newest location on Industrial Drive, just around the corner! They’re the best. If you want to go to a company with knowledge and years of experience in the pool business and be treated like family with everything from the purchase, care, and maintenance of your pool…. it’s Sunny’s. Thanks again Chris for all your help and knowledge! Thanks to Kevin and Andrew as well throughout the years!

  I am a first time pool owner of an inherited pool that came with the house we bought. After a HUGE learning curve I finally got to the point where the neon green water stumped me and I had no clue what else to try. I took a sample to Sunny’s and showed all the pictures of how we started, the equipment we have and how it is still looking. The staff actually sat down with me, asked all the questions and took the time to help me figure out what was going on! They recommended the Revive product and even after just 4.5 hours we could already see the bottom which we hadn’t seen in a month and a half at that point! We vacuumed to waste and finally have a crystal clear, sparkly pool! I will definitely be visiting again as they made the process so easy and were insanely helpful. Highly recommend!!

  I want to thank Kevin and Chris for helping me with CP Quality Pools terrible installation of my brand new pool. CP Quality Pools was not quality it was unprofessional and terribly upsetting. They installed my pool but somehow forgot to tell me that they cut the brand new liner and put tape on it! 😡. Well I filled my pool and dumped my chemicals in. It’s gets better …when I got in the pool I noticed the tape job in the pool . Seriously! Then they get a new liner, install the new liner and somehow they forgot to cut the liner for the main drains! This was the worst experience. If CP quality pools would have said sorry I cut the liner. We have to replace it. That would have been fine, things happen. But they chose not to say a word. So if you want a pool installer to do a terrible job call CP Quality. I’m so thankful that Sunny Pools helped me through this. They gave me back all the chemicals I needed to get my pool up and running. CP Quality had to buy a new liner and they reimbursed me for my pool to be filled with water again.
