The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond—even offering us bottled water while we waited to speak with a sales representative. Chris was especially amazing—he was so patient with all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and helped me find the perfect hot tub for my needs. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

But, the filter wouldn’t work, so we called up there and he came back after store hours to try to get it working and ended up staying past 9pm. He did not have to do that, as I’m sure he was tired. We greatly appreciate you, Andrew. We will continue to use Sunny’s to open & close our pool. Thanks again for all your help Andrew

Ignore my sisters good review these people are horrible and will NOT call you back. All we want is the job finished by checking why the filter is blocked. I’m happy to cone in and be a raging b/ t c h to get this handled
