  The igniter went out on my stove. Ron came out promptly and fixed it quickly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. After he took my oven apart, I was able clean the heat shield and cover while he worked. He cleaned a spill inside between the glass that I couldn’t get to, and also touched up a chip on my stove top. Ron goes above and beyond, he is a true asset to the company. Thank you Ron!

  We ordered GE compact washer & dryer in order to install them in a standard 1970’s closet. Austin and another installer did a fantastic job setting up the washer and side venting dryer. However the dryer would not spin, the belt was off the drum. Omar and 2 other tech’s came out the next day and fixed the dryer belt and installed the dryer in the closet. Overall we are very pleased with Bill & Rod’s, easy to work with. Great installers and the excellent repair team, they got us up and running quickly. We highly recommend Bill & Rod’s.

  Louie and Ali just delivered and installed my new speed queen washing machine. They were fabulous. They went above and beyond to also help rearrange other heavy machines in the basement laundry room, including a refrigerator. They didn’t need to do that. We also had a great experience purchasing our machine from Karen. She was communicative, worked at our pace, and overall just great to work with.

  Louie and Ali were incredibly helpful installing our new washing machine. There was a small fridge in the path to get the new washer in and out, and they very nicely helped me move it out and then move it back in. That was above and beyond, and they didn't have to do that. I really appreciate them going above and beyond. They also took time to explain how the new washer works and gave me a helpful tip that we should run a hot cycle with half a cup of vinegar once a month to keep the washing machine clean. Had never heard that before. Appreciate their patience, time, and attention to detail.

  We have a 4 year old Whirlpool fridge that was failing. We didn’t buy the fridge from Bill & Rod’s but we called them for service. It was a major job, but they took the time and fixed it right. The tech who did the major part of the service called me several times post-repair to make sure all was well. Great repair job, fully explained, very fair price. Call them when you have an appliance problem. We’ve purchased a washer, dishwasher, and a terrific outdoor grill from Bill & Rod’s and have vowed to see them for all future appliance purchases.
