    Bill & Rod took care of my dishwasher problem in as efficient way as possible. They ordered parts based on the error code and they arrived just in time before the service was scheduled. They were good at keeping me informed of the status all along. They were prompt at replacing the parts and getting it up and running again.

    If you have a squeaky dryer that needs repair, look no further, Bill And Rod's was fantastic! Vikki and Jackie in the parts and service department were a joy to work with and explained everything how it worked: price, time frame, etc., and got us scheduled as soon as possible. Our technician Ron was so easy to talk to and ask questions, and took the time to explain things. He was super nice and very knowledgeable with years of experience. He had our old Kenmore dryer up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend Bill And Rod's to anyone needing appliance repair. Thank you so much for the great service!

    We just had a great experience with our refrigerator delivery from Bill and Rod’s appliance. Brendan and Shane were very respectful to our home making sure no damage was done. These two men deal with tight spaces and large products making their job seemingly very difficult at times. They are a big part of making Bill and Rod’s a great place to buy products from. We were happy with the product choices, prices and sales staff also. Highly recommend Bill and Rod’s for any appliance needs. And delivery persons Brendan and Shane.

    After moving we decided to buy from a family owned appliance store instead of a big box store to help local businesses. We were told our appliances would be in April 23rd, but we were not informed that we would have to wait an additional 5 days for our appliances to be delivered to our door. I received zero calls or emails from the store after the purchase. No email for a receipt, invoice, nothing to remind me when the appliance was came in, no email or phone call to let me know the appliance arrived at their warehouse. I called 8 times today and left several messages hoping for their staff to call me back to figure out whether my appliances were in. In those 8 calls I was told that the appliances weren’t going to be in until next Thursday, was transferred to their delivery department numerous times and left messages with 1 missed callbacks/voicemail, and was told the service department was unable to see whether the order was actually placed. I asked to speak to a higher up manager in the sales department to see whether my appliances were even ordered, as the service staff was unable to find my order. They transferred me to sales manager, Jason. I left a message, and still have yet to speak to the manager to figure out what is happening. This is an incredibly bad experience. We were not given any information after we had given our credit card info, have been begging to speak to people all day, received zero apologies for not being called back. I had to wait on the phone for 20 minutes for the service members to physically go to their delivery department to make sure Britney knew to answer my phone call. This was my 4th call to this department and 2 voicemails. So after 7 hours I can confirm that we did actually put in an order for our appliances, I found out they were actually delivered today, and found out we will remain without stove and fridge for another week. I recieved literally 1 phone call/email from this place 3 weeks after making my purchase.
