this company had terrible customer service. They came out to give us a quote. weeks went by. I finally asked for a price. He said he was going to send it to me the next day, never got it. I reached out again and asked for a price and he’s blatantly ignoring me just rude and terrible customer service.

Very disappointed! The service tech told me I needed a new “bonnet and poppet” for my vacuum breaker. He told me the old one which was 20 years old needed to be replaced. The original was made of metal and brass and the new one is plastic. They charged me $80.00 for the part alone. I checked on-line after they left and the part retails for only $28.00 and the reviews for the replacement are poor. Most people say to stick with the original brass part. I feel ripped off. The start up and labor to replace a couple of mister heads was over $120.00 and they didn’t even bother to adjust the heads or straighten the heads pointing into the sky. The Technicians were nice guys but I got the impression they are instructed to pad the bill and get done quickly and move on to the next job. I’ve used this company in the past but today will be the last time.

Tom and his crew did a great job installing my new system. They managed to get it in earlier than planned for a late in the year install. I highly recommend them for your irrigation projects. Thanks again!!
