  Coldest day of the year and the last 6 years. See decided to cut my power after being a day late on payment, paid it off and they turned it back on a hour later, again, the coldest day in 6 years, thank god I had the money or I would be frozen to death for real, thank you see you are all heart.

  If could switch providers I would in a heart beat. Power goes out everytime there's a thunder storm or hot days. God forbid if both happens on the same day

  Very poor customer service, my wife had moved here approximately 13 months ago. Since then we've lost power 6 times. It seems any little wind storm knocks out the power. My DTE you need to work on. Your line and maybe do some upgrades. They sure don't give you a discount for the inconvenience of there poor system.

  Power goes out 30-50 times a year. I've lost about $1000 worth of food. Always takes forever to restore power. And if they would just cut the trees away from the power lines this wouldn't happen. It's ridiculous. Going to have to move
