- BGBrian GreenMay 2, 20265.0We visited the Kalamazoo Michigan branch while visiting our son at college and the sales representative was awesome and not pushy at all we looked and left for a short while to visit our son but returned and purchased a short time later. We just received our product a few days ago and I must say it’s a chore putting the covers on and making sure the seems are good but it makes you appreciate it more when you are putting in the work. We did have a leg on our piece that will screw in just a little bit and then you can get it in any further I have an email out but have yet to hear back being it’s the weekend but I have no doubt they will send the part I need. Definitely nice product and we love that it’s made from recycled material both the sactional and the packaging.

They work one on one with you and show you the options but also allow you to browse and talk about options over with your partner when needed. From the moment my husband and I walked in to delivery was great! We decided to get just 3seats and an 'ottoman'. However, we just need a side to make it a seat! Nicole, Matthew and Sarah were great! We decided to add onto our couch/sac we just got. They made the decision easy and smooth. We will update with photos of the recliner and added accessories!
