- BGBrian GreenMay 2, 20265.0We visited the Kalamazoo Michigan branch while visiting our son at college and the sales representative was awesome and not pushy at all we looked and left for a short while to visit our son but returned and purchased a short time later. We just received our product a few days ago and I must say it’s a chore putting the covers on and making sure the seems are good but it makes you appreciate it more when you are putting in the work. We did have a leg on our piece that will screw in just a little bit and then you can get it in any further I have an email out but have yet to hear back being it’s the weekend but I have no doubt they will send the part I need. Definitely nice product and we love that it’s made from recycled material both the sactional and the packaging.

Matthew took the time to help me configure my Lovesac in the tight living space that I had available to me and the final product is amazing! Would definitely recommend this store and Lovesac sactionals!
