  Great selection. No pressure to be steered into a certain direction. The sales rep was great. Listened to what wanted and quickly took me to that area

  Found the perfect couch, unfortunately after two defective ones were delivered and returned, I asked for the one in the showroom. It is great but all in all it took me six weeks before a good one was delivered. I would have canceled had I not loved the couch. Am happy now but went through a lot. I would never order anything they have in stock but only take the floor model.

  My experience with Lansing La-Z-Boy was great. Denise was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She spent so much time with me listening to all my needs and helping me purchase exactly what I need. I am very happy with my experience and my furniture!!

  Gene was SO helpful and amazing! He was definitely a part of the reason why I came in an hour before closing, and still left with a brand new rocker! I know if I would have had a different sales associate, I would not have made that quick of a purchase. He upsold me in the best way!! Now I’m so happy with my recliner with all the bells and whistles that I didn’t plan on getting. He was very kind, very knowledgeable, took the time to tell me what colors were in stock in the store with what chairs did not seem to be rushing me or impatient. Even though the store was gonna be closing soon. He answered all of my questions and was just super pleasant to be around and talk to. If I ever buy anything else from La-Z-Boy. I hope he works there still. I’m one happy, pregnant lady. Thank you Mr Gene!! God Bless <3
