Doesn't matter who owns the place, the issues persist. They charge you extra for "climate control" then refuse to regulate to industry standards. The doors are always broken. There's never any carts. The elevator may or may not work. Everything is always dirty. They are forever doubling and tripling the rent. And somehow none of it is anyone's problem.
Edit: the response says contact us because these things need attention. Guess what? I have. I've been contacting both this company and the previous company for years, at both the corporate and local level. It's a waste of time because nothing ever gets done about it.

Total waste of money! You need a cart to bring stuff to and from your unit however, there are never any carts available and when all my stuff is on the third floor, it’s pretty useless to me. Also, there are only two parking spots which you’re lucky if they are open and then people will park you in.
Smells like water damage, and the basement was closed for about a week when people have their units downstairs
Not sure what I’m paying for, but I can’t wait to get out of here and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience with this storage facility. The lady that helped me was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The property was clean, secure, and well maintained, and I felt confident leaving my belongings there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable storage unit.

This business should be investigated for shady practices. The can't tell you why they increase your rental price they just do. Which let's me know they be price gouging and should be investigated.
