**STAY AWAY**
Extra Space Storage went ahead and got their roof replaced over my storage unit without notifying me in any way OR protecting what I pay them hundreds of dollars a month to protect in my climate controlled unit. So all of my things are now completely covered in rust, rusty screws, dirt, and debris.
Their answer to this? “Sorry we weren’t sure when the roofers would show up”. Refuse any help at all, told me to talk to insurance.
