  Tyler D. is the man!! I came in looking for a new king size mattress, as mine is 10 years old and definitely due for a replacement. Tyler was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and I never felt pressured through the process. He answered every question my husband and I had, and helped us make a decision on a mattress that’s perfect for us! I’ve been in sales basically my whole working life, so I know sales talent when I see it, and Tyler has it!! Go see him for your next mattress!!

  From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted by a friendly, but not pushy young woman named Hanna She asked how she could help us, and directed us to the mattress base we were looking for, measuring the height for my personal needs I was happy with that We talked about back comfort, pain relief, etc Hanna showed us a newer version of raising and lowering base that would set inside our frame with different positions and a remote It was a game changer! I also told her my pillow was not working for my neck She was knowledgeable about this too Well, you need new cases and sheets to complete the good nights sleep! We are so happy to have come into Denver Mattress Thank you, Hanna

  Phil was fantastic. We came in at 5 on a Sunday, they were open until 6. He answered all our questions. Low pressure. He stayed 20 minutes late to finalize the sale. He even fit our delivery in on a day that works for our schedule despite the fact that it was not initially an option offered. We're super happy, and excited to get the mattress. Thanks Phil!

  Phil was fantastic! My husband and I had been researching mattresses for months and had reached the point of complete decision fatigue. Phil made the entire process incredibly easy. Before visiting the store, I called with four specific questions, and he answered every one promptly and clearly. When I came in, I told him exactly what I was looking for: I wanted to take a mattress home that day, I wanted something medium-firm, and it needed to work well for side sleepers. Instead of overwhelming me with a sales pitch or walking me through every mattress in the store, he immediately printed a list of the beds that matched my criteria and were actually in stock. What I appreciated most was how well Phil matched my pace. I’m a pretty decisive person and usually know quickly whether I like something. If I tried a mattress and immediately ruled it out, he simply moved on with me. He never tried to convince me otherwise or slow down the process with information I hadn’t asked for. At the same time, whenever I had a question, he was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. We had spent weeks going back and forth over this decision, and Phil helped us confidently make it in about 20 minutes. That is exactly the kind of sales experience I appreciate: knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, and completely focused on what the customer actually needs. We had an amazing experience and will absolutely come back the next time we need a mattress. Phil was fantastic!
