  My dad had them put in his pool system and every year it’s a pain to get up and running. By the time it’s running it’s a month into our 4 month long summer and every year it seems to get worse. Now the system just will not work consistently the last two years. Took a month to get running ourselves last year and had to purchase a new pump ourselves and install it because they wouldn't call us back. This year we asked for them to open but they didn't have the filters. After a week they put them in and didn't turn on the system, open the valves, or even make sure it turns on. Turns out the 10 year old board is malfunctioning again but to the point that nothing is staying on or working. He calls for days and leaves messages and gets no response for days and then days or more to get there, then weeks for parts. This year i have a feeling we will be halfway through summer. Putting in the brand new system they were prompted but fixing the issues we have every year since your lucky to get a call back. My dad is too loyal to complain or look elsewhere but not me. This maybe the last summer they have this house down the road from me and this company jerking him around is going to ruin my kids summer. If your buying a full new pool I'm sure they are fine but fixing the garbage afterwards good luck. If they make things right and fast I will update. Side note, I'm sure this pool was one of their biggest set ups and probably was very profitable for them but not fixing what they put in.
