  It was a great experience. The salesman, Eric, was very professional, personable and did not pressure me into buying something that was not within my budget. He was extremely helpful and did not rush me. I have always loved the La-Z-Boy quality and am looking forward to the delivery of my new sofa.

  The selection of quality, affordable, US made furniture was astounding. We were able to select our furniture from multiple choices in our price range. Our salesman, JT, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was available when we had a question, but did not hound us to make a sale. We also took advantage of his offer to have a free in-home design consultation. Our designer, Monica, came to our house and spent two hours taking about various colors, fabrics, leathers, and accessories for our project. We then met back at the store where we went over several design concepts complete with computer simulations of our room and samples of the materials. Monica worked with us for another hour modifying the design until we were 100% satisfied. We are thrilled with our choices and would recommend La-Z-Boy to anyone.

  My parents love their new chairs! This is especially important to me because they both have dementia and have refused to move out of their home into a safer senior living facility. They will literally be spending the rest of their lives in these chairs and although this breaks my heart, it brings a little peace to know they are at least doing so in comfort.

  Great selection, fabric options and customer service. We've purchased numerous items (chairs, ottomans and a reclining sofa) from them. Even when we had an issue months after delivery, the service tech came out and fixed the problem.

  Had an amazing and very quick experience. Owen listened to what I was looking for a found the perfect product for me which I didn’t even realize was an option. He also got me the best possible price. 75% off a floor set worth over 10k in perfect condition as prices were being updated. He locked me in at the lowest price and made the whole experience seamless. I was in and out in under 40 minutes.
