  We ordered a fridge waited about a week for delivery on a saturday. timeframe was 4pm-8. At 745pm. we got a call. The truck broke down. We had to reschedule, customer service told us, It'd be another week. we canceled the order Home Depot had the same make and model. Delivered two days later, and it was $30 cheaper.

  I don't normally leave negative reviews, but our experience with Lowe's fence installation has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. Once Lowe's has your money, getting anyone to communicate with you becomes nearly impossible. Calling the store is an exercise in futility. You're transferred from person to person, sent to voicemail, or told someone will call you back and then nobody ever does. Trying to get a simple update on our fence project was far more difficult than it should have been. Lowe's subcontracted our installation to Render Fences, and what should have been a straightforward project turned into a months-long nightmare. Our fence installation was delayed by three months, and throughout the process we were left chasing answers instead of being kept informed. When the fence was finally installed, the workmanship was unacceptable. The crew left multiple fence caps missing, installed a damaged gate latch, damaged our underground sprinkler system, and tore up our freshly hydroseeded lawn. We were even left with a bill to repair the damage to our property. To make matters worse, when Lowe's contacted Render Fences about the damage, Render Fences claimed that we somehow damaged our own property and refused to reimburse us for any of the repairs. Despite being the company we hired and paid, Lowe's has offered no reimbursement, no meaningful resolution, and no accountability. They have essentially left us to deal with the consequences of their subcontractor's work. The fence installation department appears to have no accountability whatsoever. Every conversation felt like starting over because no one seemed to know what was going on. If there were delays or problems, we weren't proactively informed, we had to spend countless hours trying to track someone down for answers. This isn't just an issue with the installation department, it's a Lowe's customer service problem in general. A company this large should have systems in place to communicate with customers, especially for projects that cost thousands of dollars. Instead, we experienced months of delays, poor workmanship, property damage, terrible communication, and zero accountability. The most disappointing part is that Lowe's chose the subcontractor, Lowe's took our payment, and yet when everything went wrong, they acted like it wasn't their responsibility to make it right. We expected Lowe's to stand behind the services they sell. That simply didn't happen. If you're considering using Lowe's for a fence installation, be prepared for poor communication, endless phone calls, delays, and a complete lack of accountability if something goes wrong. I regret choosing Lowe's for this project and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  I chose Lowe's because I trusted they would stand behind the products they sell. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The Diamond Cabinets I purchased arrived with multiple damaged pieces, bringing my kitchen remodel to a complete halt. Replacement cabinets were ordered in mid-June, and I am still waiting. Every update seems to bring another delay, and my kitchen remains unfinished with no definitive completion date. While the cabinet manufacturer bears responsibility for the damaged products, I expected Lowe's to advocate for its customer and help bring this situation to a timely resolution. Instead, I've received shifting timelines, very few solutions, and explanations that place the blame on either the manufacturer or the delivery company, Clark's White Glove. When you purchase a kitchen through Lowe's, you expect them to stand behind the entire process—not simply act as the middleman. A project of this size should not leave a customer waiting months because damaged cabinets have not even entered production. What is especially concerning is that after researching Diamond Cabinets, I discovered they have a Google rating of approximately 1.6 stars. That raises an important question: Why would Lowe's continue offering a cabinet brand with such consistently poor customer reviews? Consumers trust Lowe's to vet the products it sells. Had I known the manufacturer's reputation beforehand, I would have chosen a different cabinet line. I have been patient throughout this process, but patience has not been met with urgency or accountability. What should have been an exciting kitchen renovation has turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. I expected much more from Lowe's. Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I have been left waiting while responsibility is passed from one company to another. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing Diamond Cabinets through Lowe's unless significant improvements are made to product quality, customer communication, and the handling of damaged orders.
