Very easy to sign up and to get started. Staff is super customer focused and really great to work with!! I dealt with Trinity and Daisy at the Kentwood location. I even happened to chat with the district manager, Robert (not due to any issue), and he was extremely customer driven.
The facility is HUGE!!! Very clean! Yes, it’s new but you can tell they take care of the environment.
Also really like the app! Makes everything easier! You essentially can access the facility from the app and since the security code is lengthy, it makes life much simpler!!! Plus you can manage your account from the app. Great system!!!!
My only suggestion would be for them to put up some signs to indicate where to find the units and the doors. Like at hotels where it directs you to “room/unit”1000-1025 ➡️, 1026-1050 ↗️, southwest door ⬇️, etc. That would be so very helpful!! Especially, if you have to go hunt down a cart from another door/loading area!!! Nothing is marked so I could see many people getting lost and potentially frustrated.
Otherwise, extremely happy to be a new customer!!!!

Great customer service. I originally rented a unit online and when I got to the facility I realized that the unit was not in my ideal location within the building. I called and person that I talked to was able to change my unit right there over the phone to something that works better. The facility is super clean, very well light and motion censored lighting for safety.
