They do not honor sale items marked and grouped in clearance sections. They sell cheap goods at high prices when Amazon and Lowe’s are available. If you want to shop local go anywhere else.

Really hate the store layout as it doesn't seem to have a rhyme or reason and I can never find an associate beyond the register person. I don't like that the restroom is currently closed for repair but you don't find out until you walk clear across the store to the restroom. If you have pelvic floor or intestinal urgency if any kind you are s.o.l! This may just be me but when you finally get to the register it's a toss up if they are friendly or not. The season stuff is off the chain though! Worth it at clearance.

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
