- APAbbey PowellMay 30, 20261.0Imagine walking in with your 2 children to browse, only to be met with a very rude front door lady, who apparently had a problem with us being there. To then be looking at picture frames for some other worker in that area to rudely and passively aggressively say "to save you the hassle, WE DON'T CARRY THAT SIZE!" as if I were bothering her because my children asked what size frame we needed and I repeated it twice. I politely smiled and replied thank you. She doesn't smile back and grunts while staring at us as of we should go now. Then another worker comes up behind her and proceeds to circle around us in the aisles around us as if we were trying to steal. It was the STRANGEST interaction to date at ANY store I have been to. It was our first time at the Jackson location and we won't be back. We still purchased the frame, but I kindly let that gentleman know there was no need for his unwarranted behavior... I think it's something to do with the fact of how we looked.... We looked rough as it was 80 degrees and we had just been gardening and playing softball. Maybe it was a bad day for said employees, but that still doesn't make it right. Besides, imagine if we ALL took our anger and frustrations out on each other because "we had a bad day"... That's life. If you are so miserable at your job, FIND A NEW ONE AND DON'T TREAT PEOPLE LESS THAN! BE KIND! ITS FAIRLY SIMPLE
