  Our pool is 55,000 gallons. Wolbers sold us a chlorine generator rated for 40,000 gallons (Pentair IntelliChlor IC40). They also charged us for cleaning the chlorine generator as a package deal for opening the pool, yet didn't clean it. I was out there when they opened it and can attest that it wasn't cleaned. When I found this out I called and spoke to Tina, asking her why it was registering a low salt light. Initially the salt level was low. I added 240lbs. along with the salt that was added (purchased at Wolbers; salt along with BioGuard Mineral Springs Beginnings). While on the phone, she wouldn't let me finish telling her what we had added. She over talked me, saying that I needed to add more salt. Finally she actually hung up on me. They sold us the wrong equipment (as new pool owners, we relied on their expertise), they charged is for services that were never done and instead of listening to my concerns, I was hung up on, by the owner of the company.   We had a great experience, they did our pool and landscaping. Can't say enough good things!!!
