  Working with Greg and Tina at Wolbers Pools was such a great experience. They instantly made us feel comfortable—they are so friendly, fun, and still extremely professional. They really know their stuff, and what mattered most to me was how helpful they were. They didn’t just answer questions—they explained things in a way we could truly understand, so we felt confident making good decisions throughout the process. They answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, and we truly felt cared for the whole way through. The best part? The minute the pool was finished, our weekends changed. It’s wad nonstop swimming, music, family, friends, and so much laughter. We are beyond happy and so grateful we chose the best! They are very sweet and so good at what they do, they deserve much respect and kindness right back. Greg and Tina, thank you for taking such good care of us!

  Our pool is 55,000 gallons. Wolbers sold us a chlorine generator rated for 40,000 gallons (Pentair IntelliChlor IC40). They also charged us for cleaning the chlorine generator as a package deal for opening the pool, yet didn't clean it. I was out there when they opened it and can attest that it wasn't cleaned. When I found this out I called and spoke to Tina, asking her why it was registering a low salt light. Initially the salt level was low. I added 240lbs. along with the salt that was added (purchased at Wolbers; salt along with BioGuard Mineral Springs Beginnings). While on the phone, she wouldn't let me finish telling her what we had added. She over talked me, saying that I needed to add more salt. Finally she actually hung up on me. They sold us the wrong equipment (as new pool owners, we relied on their expertise), they charged is for services that were never done and instead of listening to my concerns, I was hung up on, by the owner of the company. All the best if you decide to go with Wolbers Possehn.

  We had a great experience, they did our pool and landscaping. Can't say enough good things!!!
