I'd like to share my experience regarding today's refrigerator delivery. After the text last night telling me I would get my delivery Saturday 4/25/2026 between 10AM-4PM Eastern time I got things all ready for the delivery this morning. I removed both doors coming into my house through my garage so there would be plenty of clearance to get the refrigerator into the house. I pulled my old refrigerator, a 30 cubic foot LG pile of junk, into the living room and removed all of the doors, drawers, bins, etc so that it would have plenty of clearance to get it out of the house. Around 11 AM I was called by one of the delivery drivers and he said they would be here within the hour. I said to him if there's any trouble finding my driveway to call me, even though I gave instructions in the delivery notes. Now, forward an hour and I can see on the tracking map that they were getting close. Imagine my excitement since our fridge went out on Thursday and we've been living out of a tiny ice chest. My 93 year old father in law is staying with us as he is on hospice for stage 4 prostate cancer so he needs 24/7 care and we need a working refrigerator. Well, I hear and see a delivery truck backing towards my driveway and I'm like "YIPPEE!". Next thing I know the truck drives away.😱 I went down to the road thinking they missed my driveway and they'll go down the road, see they're going the wrong way and come back my way and I'll just wave them in.😬 They never came back.😔 I called Lowe's delivery to find out what happened and they told me the driver said he couldn't make it up my narrow driveway and there was a low hanging power line. They took a picture of my neighbors driveway, sent it in as proof that they tried and just left, no phone call to me, no nothing. One phone call from the driver could have straightened everything out, but NOPE! If they were even at the correct driveway and didn't want to chance it (my driveway will handle a half length semi trailer) I would have went down to the road, signed for it and brought it up myself.🤷 This type of delivery service is absolutely disgusting. Lowe's, you need to take responsibility for your subcontractors that do appliance deliveries, this is on you! Supposedly the refrigerator will be delivered by a smaller truck tomorrow, but I'm not going to believe it until I see it. I know the driveway they took a picture of, I wouldn't drive my car up it, let alone a big truck. But that WASN'T MY DRIVEWAY! DO BETTER LOWE'S!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
