Mike was friendly and personable and showed us the items we were interested in purchasing, a Sadie Sofa and Ottoman. We told Mike of our plans for the new pieces, He then told us of the positive aspects of the manufacturer, showed us the features of the pieces, and had us “try out” comfort aspects of the sofa and ottoman. He even had us examine the sofa’s upholstery under natural sunlight to make the color was suitable for our plans. After we agreed on our purchase, Mike gave us the lowdown on Gardner White’s purchase plans and helped us set up a delivery date for the sofa and ottoman. In all, working with Mike Faraj was a very pleasant experience. Besides showing an interest in his customers, he instilled a sense of confidence in Gardner White. We are now looking forward to the delivery of our new furniture.
