  Delivery was right on time with notifications when they were on the way. The guys delivering were very efficient and courteous. They got my old bed out and new bed in and set up very quickly. I haven't slept on the new bed yet so might update later but so far I have loved everything.

  A year ago I purchased approximately 12k worth of furniture from this location. I even bought the extended warranty. The furniture started chipping and bubbling up within a few months. They will do absolutely nothing to fix it or replace it. The products are poor quality and the customer service is nonexistent. Don’t waste your money like I did!

  I am soooo thrilled with the service I have received from the Howell store of Gardner White. From walking inside with greetings from friendly salespeople to having help carrying some of my pillows and such to my car…the experience was fabulous. Thank you Gregg for your expertise and happy smile.

  We had a specific agenda and knew what we needed when we visited the Howell store in preparation for moving our senior relative. Keith and Steve worked with us, narrowing down the inventory for our needs, providing all the info on stock, colors and they exhibited great patience and customer service. They made my job so much easier!

  Zero stars if I could. The pictured furniture is less than a year old. It is still under warranty however Gardner White refuses to support us and said that everything is normal and within manufacturer tolerances. The service representative suggested I place furniture coasters underneath the furniture to compensate for the gap and that the frame can bend over time. First of all, I shouldn’t have have to place coasters under my furniture legs, but regardless of that, I tipped the furniture on its side so he could see that the frame is not bent and perfectly straight however that did not change his answer. I have a hard time believing La-Z-Boy furniture allows a 1 inch gap on one side versus another making the seat feel slanted when you sit in it. I also have a hard time believing they allow loose fitting fabric after nine months so every time you get up after sitting in it, you’re left with wrinkled fabric, even though the rest of our living room set has a tighter fit. After I could see that they were not going to help me, I took the furniture apart to see if I could fix it and what a disaster! No wonder the fabric didn’t stay tight. It was held together with nothing more than packaging fabric that was paper thin and several staples that had ripped the fabric. What a joke of a product and what a joke of a company that refuses to help us. Never again!
