16' board delivery, among other things, for it to be split down 98% of the way. Cracks picking up. Not to mention 3 delivery fees for one guy to show up.

The Customer Service here is incredible! I came in with a problem for a project that I wasn’t sure how to solve, and the employee Boleen who helped me was incredible. He problem solved with me, helped me find the right solution, and then even walked me through how I was going to put my metal poles and bolts together. He was kind, patient, and wonderfully helpful!

I normally do not provide reviews of businesses, however, the experience at this location has been a complete disappointment. I purchased a washer/dryer tower combo for 2300+ dollars. At purchased, I confirmed delivery address 3 times. At time of delivery, which was delayed from what we were told, it was delivered to the home of our contractor doing the renovation. We were then told that delivery address could not be changed. The sale had to be reversed and delivery date was further delayed. I had to take an hour to get a hold of someone at the store to remake the purchase. It was later discovered that the store charged both myself AND my contractor 2300+ $. I paid for installation and once the unit was finally installed,we came to find out that it was installed incorrectly. Certain bolts that hold the washing drum in place during transit had not been removed. On first use, the entire unit shifted, damaging both the newly installed flooring and the newly installed drywall. When contacted, Lowes informed us that they contract installation to another company (which was never discussed and was implied that Lowes employees would do the installation). We took time to vacate the space to finally have this issue corrected (a 7am-7pm time frame which multiple people had to be available to accommodate) the appointment was canceled with no explanation. The contractor spent more than half an hour on the phone, only to speak with a representative not affiliated with the store location and with no results. Thousands of dollars have been lost from these interactions and no real response from store location have been received. I will be sharing this experience with anyone else interested in purchasing appliances from Lowes.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
