- SCSarah Cerda3 days ago1.0I’ve been waiting 20 min for assistance to buy a grill. They don’t have any large carts out, took my husband 15 min to go across the store to get one. I am still waiting for help. Will update total wait time Update: took a total of 55 min to buy a grill. There were 2 promotions advertised with it that conveniently didn’t qualify for the items we were trying to purchase despite the promotions being taped to the shelf with that it (and only that item) on it. We also had no help loading our grill into the car. The whole experience made me feel like a second class customer compared to how all the other shoppers were being treated.

I asked two different people for what I was looking for, and they either directed me back to the other person or told me to look on "the front wall", where I found nothing. The worst parts were they had what I was looking for in stock according to their system yet no one knew where any of the inventory was kept. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere, like Home Depot.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
