    I don't usually leave negative reviews, but here we are. My mom visited today, to buy some bags of mulch. She is 65 years old, not very tall. She was struggling to get some bags of mulch down in the garden section. A very kind customer, a young man, saw her struggling and helped her get the bags down. He offered to load them into her car, she thanked him and said she would ask an employee for some help. This is where my disappointment started. She asked the cashier if there was someone that could help her load them into her car. He said, "no, I'll have to call someone for that." Ok... so she said alright, she would bring her car up to the front of the store. She does this, and as she's walking back into the store, a young man employee walked by. She asked, "Oh, are you the employee they called to help me load up some mulch?" He says, "No, I don't do that, I only work over there." Interesting, bad response in my customer service opinion. She walked back inside and asked the same cashier if he had been able to call someone for her, he just said, "No." Yikes. It was a young lady cashier that saw what was happening that stepped in and said she would help my mom. As a customer service worker myself, I got to say, that's pretty bad customer service from the first two employees. I work in a grocery store. If someone asks me for help outside of my department, my answer is "sure, let me see what I can do!" If I'm busy, I still try and help by saying, "Oh I can find a department employee to help you!" And I immediately do so. I'm an online order shopper so I get having priorities that are time sensitive. But in store customer service, the in-store customer in front of you IS a priority. I'm kind of appalled that two different employees didn't do a single thing to help my 65yr old mother load up the mulch. The cashier saying he'd call someone, and then just not do it? And when she asked if he did, he just says "No." Ok, why not? Could you call now? I don't shop at Lowes often myself, but I definitely won't be doing so now. Home Depot, here I come. Thank you to the CUSTOMER and young lady cashier for helping my mom. The customer did a better job at providing customer service than the other two employees did.

    The staff here was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, even though some were not related to their department. They also helped me load all of my items into my car and made sure I had everything on my list before sending me on my way. I will be returning to this store many more times in the future.

    Their AI phone system is the worst thing out there. I spent 10 mins in a loop. I wanted a department she would not get me ther. Ask for associate and could not get there. No option ro press for a department. After this project i will not be using lowes. If i stop in and buy yes. Never Ever a project where i need to find or special order or have to call for anything.

    Ordered 3 square edge composite deck boards to picture frame a deck. One board came in severely damaged, so I had to order a new one as a replacement. You would think Lowe’s would put a rush on this order since it was their error in giving me damaged materials to begin with. 5 days later and the single deck board is still in the preparing to ship phase. Just a total lack of customer service. Nobody at Lowe’s was willing to help. A call to their customer service led to a chat with someone in a foreign country that gave answers straight from their cheat sheet. Pathetic.
