We stopped by to buy sand and other landscaping equipment.
FREE AIR! Most gas stations are charging for air, but they have it for free. It is next to the front door so I am assuming it is for adjusting tire pressure on large loads for pickups and trailers. Still, it is awesome to they are paying attention to details.

Ordered a full kitchen worth of cabinets for a remodel job that I have going on June 13th 2026. I was told by the Shenandoah rep that was standing there that they are 2-3 weeks for delivery. They were delivered on July 9th (almost 4 weeks) and the designer made a mistake and left me missing one cabinet and one cabinet of the incorrect size. I called the same day and was told they would get the needed cabinets on order that day and the next day I would be updated as to when I would see them. I called several times and got stuck in the worst AI phone system loop imaginable but was told on Saturday the rep was on vacation and they didn't know when they would arrive yet. Monday I was told they weren't on order yet, so I went into the store to be sure the order was placed. It was and I was then told they would have the Rep expedite it. A week later, they said he couldn't get them expedited but they would arrive the week of July 27th. Now its July 29th and delivery is scheduled to the store for August 3rd which happens to be the day the countertops are rescheduled to be installed. My customer has been without a kitchen now for over 3 weeks and there is nobody that can help with this issue. If you make it through the AI system and someone actually answers the phone, you will never get an answer. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received as a contractor of 26 years. Definitely will never use Lowes or Shenandoah for a kitchen remodel again.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
