- LLLynne LentzMay 30, 20261.0Very disappointed in the salesman! We went in looking for a special fixture for our dining room. We really didn't know what we wanted, and neither of us could agree on what we liked. A salesman spent some time showing us options and he did educate us on the sizing we would need according to our room height. But he gave us the impression we were interrupting his day. We finally found some options by the custom section. He explained we could choose our glass, metal finish, shape, and size by going custom for not that much more than we originally intended. He sat us down with a huge 2" thick catalog. I asked a couple of times how we were to go about working through the overwhelming options. He brushed off the question saying everything was in there (the catalog). He asked if we wanted water, I said yes and he walked away. We sat there with this huge book of THOUSANDS of options. No idea where to start. He was nowhere to be found. Never came back with my water. After 10 minutes we left. We drove over to Kendall lighting and had an incredibly sweet girl help us. We ended up choosing a couple of gorgeous pendant lights and spent around $1500. I don't enjoy feeling like I'm wasting someone's time - I won't be returning.
