Make sure to measure your unit, the contract states that you're renting a unit, not a size, the size is apparently just for show. After having our unit for years, we measured and turns out we had 20% less square footage than advertised! We ended up moving to a different storage place less than a mile away that gave us the actual advertised unit size for half the price. The service was good at least.

I showed up at Extra Space Storage only about 5 minutes before closing, so I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but Darus was absolutely amazing. He could have easily told me to come back another day, but instead he took the time to help me and make sure I got everything taken care of.
I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and willingness to help even though I arrived right before closing. Customer service like that makes a huge difference, especially when you’re already dealing with a lot. Thank you, Darus, for going above and beyond!
