We had an amazing experience at Extra Space Storage! Princess went above and beyond to help us find the perfect unit and made sure we got the best deal possible. She was incredibly kind, professional, and so funny. she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. She even helped jump our vehicle after it died after a 24 hour drive to Michigan which was super kind! Have nothing but wonderful things to say about her! The only thing I am concerned and nervous about is high price increases with the units that come after the first month it seems, but that has nothing to do with her!

The service I received today was amazing! The young lady Princess working today at the creek view location was amazing and she knows her job very well. She helped me with loosing my key and made me feel like a great customer. I will definitely recommend and stay with this extra space only. Princess is the reason for this locations success because she is very knowledgeable, she has empathy and she is professional. She goes out her way to help and fix a problem before I could even ask. We planned on moving our storage room a closer location because we live in Comstock park but we are staying heeevall because of her. She is worth the drive.
