  The price on the chair was great but there was only the display model left and I was not allowed to take it until they get more in and they didn’t know when that would be. That seems very silly to me because all stores sell out of items and they don’t refuse to sell the last one! But I did purchase it anyway because I really liked both the chair and the price. They are supposed to call me when the new chairs come in so I can go pick up the sale one.

  It was fantastic. Can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was so helpful but not pushy. He explained all the beds from different price Points and pillows then left us alone to figure out what we wanted. It was a 5 out of 4 experience.

  Floor person was kind of rude. “In stock” online really means that they have to wait a week to have it sent up from downstate. We went and bought a mattress elsewhere.

  Sales lady was very knowledgeable, store had many couches to pick from. Only downside was when I asked if they take the old couch was told no, had to find a junk dealer on my own. I understand that they don’t have a warehouse locally to store anything but should have a local business that they could refer the customer to to dispose of the old item they were replacing. In my case I walked out of the store with no sale until I talked to a neighbor who directed me to someone who would pick up the old couch for a reasonable price.
