  We bought a mattress from the Rochester Hills location 2 years ago that failed. Since we live in northern Michigan the main customer service person said we could get the replacement mattress from Gaylord near us. When we arrived, Mitch said he could not do the transaction, but spent close to an hour with us helping pick out a new mattress and then connecting us to the corporate store that could do the transaction. Mitch was incredibly helpful and did not make a dime helping us for such a long time. We were very grateful and highly recommend him if you need to purchase any furniture.

  Andrea was super informative without being pushy, and we had gotten there close to closing time and she never rushed us and so helpful setting up our deliveries.

  They have no problems with taking a seniors money and talking them into warrenties they don't back. Store saud bring it in. Get there after 74 for gas. And guess what they tell hubby to zoom the mechanic that fixes them. No he's not at the store. No he couldn't do a damn thing. What a waste of money we can't afford to lose. Do not shop here as they do not back what they sell. The wArrenty is useless. The reclining love seat is under 6 months old. It's broke. Under the material and you can't zoom it to fix it. Must be repaired in person not over the phone. What was hubby supposed to do tear into the thing with the person telling him how to fix it? Really then why pay for the warranty if we have to do the repairs. Again go anywhere but here

  Drove 60 miles to look at furniture, Salesman met us at the door was extremely rude. Really didn’t want to help us told us where we could go look for what we were interested in and then returned to his fellow Salesman to have a discussion. Upon leaving didn’t even bother checking with us just stayed at the sales desk talking with his associate. I decided to go someplace else to buy my furniture.
