Since we live in northern Michigan the main customer service person said we could get the replacement mattress from Gaylord near us. When we arrived, Mitch said he could not do the transaction, but spent close to an hour with us helping pick out a new mattress and then connecting us to the corporate store that could do the transaction. Mitch was incredibly helpful and did not make a dime helping us for such a long time. We were very grateful and highly recommend him if you need to purchase any furniture.
