I didn't realize at the time this meant I would not get the single curtain per window I wanted, and requested. Then the day before installation they rescheduled on me so they could have a fancy luncheon during my expected time. It went from a good time and day for me to two hours before I'd normally wake up. The curtains were the right material, installed over the right windows so +1 star. They were split in the middle which I explicitly didn't want. When brought up during early install I was dismissed as my desire and requested product was clearly unimportant. The install was finished as I at that point felt I was forced to accept the wrong product and pay for it under duress. They were here it was half installed and I was too tired to fight it. The lady clearly didn't care. Icing on the cake. I paid for them to uninstall the old treatments. They did not. I'll be taking a nap and doing the work I paid them to do myself. I'm not even mad they couldn't even bother to bring their own scissors. I'm typically happy to help with tools, it just adds salt to the wound. Left a picture of the lovely mix of new and clearly broken old. So professional. If you have any expectations of your treatment to be anything but the stock standard boring normal windows, be sure to talk to the person in charge of actually doing the work. Clearly the left hand has no coordination with the right. Once you pre-pay, you're at their whims.
