Purchase your items elsewhere. I have found lower prices for products at just about every store. The employees don’t have a clue how to assist customers. Avoid Lowes and save yourself time and money.

Please, save yourself Lot of trouble and don’t get installation on an above the range microwave from Lowe’s. I bought a new slim microwave. Got it home and found out that Lowe’s installs them. So, I call Lowe’s and they inform me that I have to return it, purchase it again with installation. ($150.00) I told them I was never offered installation when I bought it, so I return it, purchase it with installation. Then wait 2 weeks for the installer only to find out that he’s not a licensed electrician. He told me Lowe’s did not tell him that he would have to put in an electrical outlet. He also told me I needed to get a licensed electrician to put in an outlet then he can come back and install my microwave. So I was going to have to pay an electrician and Lowe’s. I told Lowe’s when I purchased it with installation that I had a hood above the range. Ugh what a nightmare. Oh and when I called Lowe’s corporate customer service, she couldn’t have cared less. I’m done with Lowe’s.

Well, even when you have your receipt and pay with debit, apparently it can take days for you to get your return bag. I was always told if you pay with debit you get cash back but apparently that’s only an option. If you mention it yourself, I was told that my return would be accredited to my account immediately and then was told by another staff that it could take 48 hours or two business seems like better customer service. This is why the orange store is always better. Lowe’s is just manipulative company that takes advantage of homeowners and do it yourself first.

Byer be aware! We will not be doing business with Lowes again. They have enough of our money. 1 walk in shower, average shower kit. Installation and demo! 18,000.00 dollars. Now everyone knows how much they cost.
