Terrible customer service. Very nasty attitudes in service department. John is a tough guy that likes to yell at customers. Every interaction with these people has been the same. They are unwilling to do their jobs, they pass buck, take no ownership of problems and no responsibility or slight eagerness to help customer. All the people in the service department should be fired.

I am really disappointed with Lowes Fort Gratiot . I was told that the carpet I ordered was in stock. If I paid $50 extra I could get carpet installed the fallowing week. Well then recieved a text that said it could not be done.

I am so sad. I loved Lowe’s and was a loyal customer. I bought my whole kitchen from there, cabinets and countertops. Countertops were delivered and wrong! Top is what we ordered and bottom is what we received. These pictures are not the best and I am aware each slab is different but I found the countertop this one is. It has purple/red marks and mine stated it didn’t have that trait. They outsource their countertops and that company, Cutting Edge Countertops, states it is the right counter top even though we have paperwork with the wrong color marked. The store, the Lowe’s corporation, and cutting edge countertops all say too bad, nothing we can do. They have refused to even come look at it in person. We have been hung up on multiple times. I have never had a brand new kitchen and to spend that kind of money and receive the wrong counters, I cannot believe it. The customer service has been horrible. To top it off, you pay for the countertops before they are delivered so there is no way of getting your money back. So if you are thinking about ordering from here, beware if anything is wrong, they will not be helping you. The customer is always right is not their philosophy. I am no longer a Lowe’s customer.

Lowe's has a pretty good system of order on line and pick up in store. No issues at all, less than 10 minutes to get the washing machine I ordered.
