I have contacted Tom in September of 2025 for repairs to the warped screen door bottom channels on all my large sliding doors. Due to this warping some of the screens also got damaged. He said that the parts will be ordered and repairs done soon. It is October 2026 and after multiple calls to the office and messages left on Tom's phone nothing had been done. And he does not return the calls.

Used Paramount to install vinyl siding and gutters on our house. We knew it was a big job but Tom and his crew were great to work with! Tom was timely with responding and keeping us in the loop. There was a short delay due to material delivery but once materials arrived, his crew showed up at 8am daily ready to work and followed the timeline that was provided. We are very pleased with the work that was completed and the end result! Completely transformed our house!

The price I couldn't say no to after some of the quotes I got. The install crew was great, very knowledgeable and experienced. Noah and Preston were so nice and easy to work with. Noah was very good at asking questions about what I wanted and my opinions on the work he was doing. The only reason I didn't leave 5 star is that I had to ask multiple times regarding when I was going to get scheduled for the installation rather than them contacting me with an update, it had been over 5 weeks since I had talked with anyone.

Tom did an excellent job with our window installation. Initially, we were very skeptical about choosing Paramount because of the numerous negative reviews we had seen online. However, after noticing several positive reviews over the past few months, we decided to give them a chance. I spent quite a bit of time speaking with Tom before moving forward, and he was incredibly open, honest, and patient in addressing our concerns. He took the time to explain what had happened in the past, the changes the company has made, and how things are now being done differently. His transparency helped put our minds at ease and gave us confidence in our decision. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Steve, who came out to measure the windows, was fantastic. He provided a very competitive price right away, was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely pleasant to work with. The materials arrived within a very reasonable timeframe, and the installation team was professional and efficient. The quality of the windows is excellent, and they look amazing. Compared with the other quotes we received, Paramount offered one of the fastest turnaround times, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with the installation and the overall experience. I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this experience was worth sharing. If you’re on the fence because of past reviews, I would encourage you to give them a chance. Our experience was outstanding, and we would highly recommend Tom and his team. Thank you, Tom, Steve, and the entire Paramount team for a job well done!
