  Travis came to our home to start our Tri- Season program. He was very thorough, efficient, informative and friendly. We have been happy with all of our interactions with CJB Pest. In the past we used them for mice extermination and wildlife capture/removal. This is a professional and effective company whose services are fairly priced. We highly recommend CJB!

  The worse company please be aware before going with them, they came out and inspected my house due to having rodents and paid them after paying them for them to come out and seal the house they never showed up and got the job done i have tried multiple times to reach out and can’t get an answer from them they are not professional at all i spent 400 for absolutely nothing just to bring out another professional company to take care of the things they promised to do. Please be aware before going with them they lie to costumers and just take there money and then not answer anymore afterward!!

  I was recommended this company by a friend who has used them for years, so I was hopeful I would have a similarly positive experience. I called after having the unfortunate issue of groundhogs on my property. During the initial sales call, I was told someone could come out that same day. They could not provide a specific time, but I was assured someone would be out. Unfortunately, no one came that day, the following day, or the day after that. When I called to express my frustration, the wildlife manager did offer me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. My bigger concern, however, was the communication regarding pricing. During my initial call, approximately $400 was explained to me as the cost of the service. I was not verbally informed that there would be additional charges associated with things such as picking up a live animal. When I raised this concern, I was told that the additional fees were listed on the paperwork. While that may be true, as a new customer unfamiliar with the company and this type of service, I believe that when a customer specifically asks how much a service will cost, all reasonably anticipated fees should be clearly explained upfront. I shouldn't have to search through paperwork to understand the full potential cost after the fact. My friends have had great experiences with this company and have used them for years. Unfortunately, based on my own experience with the scheduling and communication around pricing, they were not a good fit for me. **Update:** I received an automated call about an outstanding balance for live animal removal and called back to inquire. As I began explaining my concerns and why I did not believe I should be responsible for the charge, the gentleman interrupted me and told me “not to worry about it” in a rude, dismissive tone. My earlier recommendation was to proceed with caution. After today’s interaction, I would encourage potential customers to spend their money with a company that treats them with basic respect. Customers should be able to ask questions about a bill and explain their concerns without being interrupted or treated as an inconvenience.
