  Disappointed. Had a service completed and had to call for a touch up service as I was still seeing bugs and spiders indoors. Two weeks post touch up and I am still seeing bugs and spiders.

  Today was my first time contacting this company and I am beyond impressed!! We have (or should I say had) a pest control company and they were practically useless - mostly because they never showed up! Based on a recommendation from a friend, I reached out to CJB today to handle a wasp problem we’ve been having. I have a 2 yo and 3m old and we LOVE being outside, but because of the massive amount of swarming wasps lately we have not been able to use our own backyard. I was looking for someone to come out as quickly as possible, but was in no way expecting someone to be able to come out same day - let alone within a few hours of my call, to service our house. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the gentleman I scheduled with, but I know he could hear the concern in my voice so he made it possible for a tech to come out today! Kyle was the tech who came out today and he was amazing! He showed up exactly on time, introduced himself and then took the time to let me show him all the problem areas I noticed. Unlike our previous service, Kyle actually explained the habits and building process of wasp nests and assured me that while they were swarming, they hadn’t actually starting building a hive yet - which made me feel so much better! He continued by explaining the process of how he would treat the area and told me I could watch for myself from inside so he could show me that when he sprayed where I thought they were building a hive, that none flew out. Which proved the hive hadn’t begun yet. That really eased my mind being able to actually witness the process, and it helped me be able to fully trust him because as he sprayed, none flew away from the area - which was proof they weren’t nesting in my roof area! He knew I had children and dogs so he told me how to wait before letting them outside without me even having to ask. I also sincerely appreciated his patience as I was trying to read him my cc number with an infant and 2 yo screaming and both dogs barking at the same time in the background. I’ve been outside several times since Kyle left and I have only seen one wasp head towards my house and before he could even get close he immediately flew away! We’ve felt like a prisoner in our home for the past few days/weeks and within one call and immediate service, I finally feel comfortable taking my girls outside again! After Kyle left I immediately contacted our previous pest control company and cancelled our contract. My intention was to use CJB for the wasp problem only, but after the amazing service we received, we will now be switching all pest control to CJB! I would have paid anything to get the wasps to go away, but CJB was extremely reasonably priced, so that was another huge plus! Thank you so much for saving this mamas summer, and giving me my sanity back (as I am absolutely terrified of wasps/hornets and have basically been on lockdown since they started showing up) You definitely have a customer for life! I typically don’t recommend many companies to family and friends in case their experience doesn’t turn out as well as mine, but I will 100% be recommending this company to everyone I know because I have full trust that they will live up to my recommendation! Thank you, again!!

  Absolutely Trash!!! Two visits later and they still can’t resolve ant issue!!!! Never can get in contact with anyone. Keep sending the same idiot to serve my home, after telling them to send somebody else. Just give me my money back.

  All I have to say is they have been nothing but awesome! Justin was our person helping us out, went above and beyond. Had some groundhogs we had to relocate due to property damage. Caught a bunch of them but there were still many in the area and when it was done Justin gave us great suggestions on how to discourage the neighboring “friends” from stopping by. Thanks!!
