  I have been with this company for many years and I could not be more pleased with their service. I am on the tri seasonal plan . Only One indoor treatment in the spring kills any insect that enters into my home the entire year. I do not know what it is like to have spiders nor ants in my house. I just had a yellow jacket nest in my pot and CJP came to treat it right away. I highly recommend this company.

  I was recommended this company by a friend who has used them for years, so I was hopeful I would have a similarly positive experience. I called after having the unfortunate issue of groundhogs on my property. During the initial sales call, I was told someone could come out that same day. They could not provide a specific time, but I was assured someone would be out. Unfortunately, no one came that day, the following day, or the day after that. When I called to express my frustration, the wildlife manager did offer me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. My bigger concern, however, was the communication regarding pricing. During my initial call, approximately $400 was explained to me as the cost of the service. I was not verbally informed that there would be additional charges associated with things such as picking up a live animal. When I raised this concern, I was told that the additional fees were listed on the paperwork. While that may be true, as a new customer unfamiliar with the company and this type of service, I believe that when a customer specifically asks how much a service will cost, all reasonably anticipated fees should be clearly explained upfront. I shouldn't have to search through paperwork to understand the full potential cost after the fact. My friends have had great experiences with this company and have used them for years. Unfortunately, based on my own experience with the scheduling and communication around pricing, they were not a good fit for me.

  Kenyin was at the house today for one of CJB’s tri seasonal visits. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I had some questions about bees I’d seen around the house as well as small holes that were appearing in the mulch, and he was able to provide me with helpful information about what they were and when I should become concerned about them. He was very patient in addressing my questions, and made sure he’d addressed everything before he left. Thank you, Kenyin, and thank you CJB.
