I’ve had aptive for probably around 8 months or so now and every single time they have left my back gate open upon reminding them EVERY visit to put it on my file that they need to close and lock the gate (not hard at all to do). Well today, both my dogs got out. Thankfully a sweet lady picked them up and took them to Roseville police department. I will be ending my service with aptive and i honestly don’t recommend them if you have animals that go in your backyard because they’ll likely not close your gate. Yes it is my gate, but aptive should be making sure it is closed the one time that it gets opened a month.

Not happy, was told that they take their time when they arrive, that they are not like other companies that rush and leave, well I received from the tech at 12:37pm on 05/18/2026 that he had arrived and would let me know the progress he made and at 12:45pm said he was done seriously not happy about this and will not be go further you!!!!!! Unfortunately I will be charged 199.00 for cancellation of the contract after one vist.

Chris arrived on time. This was a re-visit since I saw ants inside our home since Aptive came 2 weeks ago. After a brief discussion, Chris went to work and did an excellent job spraying inside our home in the areas where ants were seen, then he headed outside and did the flower beds, the entire parameter of our home, the eaves troughs, all along the porch and deck just to name a few. He then did our lawn and did a fantastic job.

I was previously an Aptive customer but cancelled because the service I received back then was horrible. I honestly thought I would never give them another chance however yesterday i had someone knock on my door and it was Antonio from Aptive. I was about to just tell him to go but I heard him out and I decided to give them another chance because he listened to my complains from my experience and he agreed with what I mentioned and that’s why the company brought him here from Arizona. To try and regain previous customers and gain new customers with better prices and better service. I respected his honesty and persistence especially since I wasn’t too friendly with him at the start. They came by today but I wasn’t home but my wife was and she said they did a wonderful job. If they keep this up the rest of my contract (I think they will) then I would definitely recommend

I was highly disappointed in the service of your tech Kevin today! He was here for maybe 10 minutes and he took only four pictures two of which were the same and he did not do any of the areas that previous techs have taken care of. He did not introduce himself. I had to ask what his name was and he seemed less than enthusiastic about his job. If I hadn’t told him about replacing The mice deterrent, I don’t think he would’ve even noticed them. Please tell me how I can discontinue this service if this is what we are to expect from now on.
