The pest control service was adequate. The real pest was trying to cancel it. There is no easy way to cancel online, and customer service (clearly outsourced) repeatedly assured me my account was canceled, only for nothing to happen, and my account repeatedly billed. This occurred three separate times over several months. If signing up is easy but leaving is nearly impossible, even after initial contract period was complete, that's a major red flag. BBB complaint filed. Be aware before you commit.

This young Caucasian brother showed up riding a two wheel hover craft talk about spray for the wasp and bugs around my home. I was interested. So I ask how much. He then told me it would be 30 dollars and I can call and cancel after the first treatment if I wanted to. I said ok. The next day, a little Mexican show up and treated my yard. He was polite. Not 20 min after he left, they tried to charge my card 399!!!!! Luckily, I have him my Cash App card, because I was a little worried. Scam!!!! If he say $30, he really means $399!!!! Scam scam scam!!!!

The yellow jackets are still here and entering and exiting the cracks in our siding! Please come out again ASAP and use a substance which actually kills the nest and allow us to caulk the cracks. We are ready to cancel all Aptiv service and get a service which does work.
Service Tech, John, came yesterday, 8/27 around 5Pm, and applied a "dust" which he said should help get individual insects into the nest and spread the powder to kill overnight. He said that Aptive policy did not let climb ladders to really get close to apply as much powder as he would have liked. The insects are still entering the cracks, seemingly undisturbed today, 8/28, and I have a tree trimming crew here working nearby. I pray they are not harmed.

Would give a negative if I could.
They were coming around to everyone in my neighborhood and when stopped at my place I told them I didn't want it cause of the price and they made a deal with spraying for everything from the sidewalks to my backyard fence line. I got pics via text and they never did so, plus my cameras picked them up. They were suppose to come back out 2 weeks later for the larvae and no signs of them. I tried signing into my portal and my email didn't work for the portal for the longest do I couldn't access anything and I had to change the email on fire. They were suppose to be coming out once a month already prescheduled on the tanked tablet and they never showed up. Their options when choosing calling about my dissatisfaction with them, them unorganized and everything going on they finally picked up the phone and told me they can come back out, but only for basic service out I cancel and pay $150 cancellation fee. The person that came out didn't mention anything about a contract.
I looked the company up and they've been reported too the BBB for scamming people and have terrible reviews. BEWARE!!!!

I was yelled at by their billing department representative, they use aggressive sales tactics and read off a script over and over again. I did not like the tone and choice of words of their reps. It seems like they only care about their commission! Their customer service department is ran by a bunch of inexperienced children that watch Wolf of Wallstreet every weekend. They overcharged me multiple times and nobody wanted to make it right. They specialize in taking people's hard earned money. long story short, the costumer service only wants your money and don't give a damn about having a conversation with the costumer. Also, the people they send to do the job are always unfit and very unhealthy to do the physical job. They always show up late and it takes ages for them to finish the job. What a waste of time, money and energy. I give you guys a negative 5 star review. Do better Aptive pest control!!!

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
