  The purchasing experience at the store was fantastic, super helpful associates put together demos and took their time showing us all the options. Putting the couch together was challenging at first but got easier as we went along. Then we decided we’d like to trade in our pillow sac chair and try the beanbag chair instead. Setting that up with store staff was easy enough. However, actually getting the chair sent back was miserable every step of the way. We were sent vacuum plastic to try and vacuum seal the sac. This took us 5 people and multiple attempts to try and hold, shape, shrink, and get it into the bag they sent. By the time we were done, my son and I had several blisters and missing skin on our fingers. After that we realized we had no box that would fit the frame. I reached out to the store and the LoveSac customer service team and no one would help provide a box. When we purchased the furniture, we were told about the 2 month grace period to try out the furniture. But not one person mentioned that we would need to save the boxes in case we needed to return anything. After reaching out multiple times to no avail, I was forced to spend $42 buying a box from U-Haul in order to finally be able to have the piece shipped back. This has given me serious doubts about any further purchases with them.
