The guy who came by to spray was exceptional, and very considerate. He communicated with me the whole time. Price was pretty high, but they were thorough. It’s up to you. $300 /month is way high to me. I stopped after the initial $29

Abby was great with good communication prior to visit. When she arrived she listened and asked appropriate questions about my concerns since the last visit. She was extremely nice and helpful.

Sometimes I wonder if these other reviews are real with this company you only speak to people from other countries that barely speak English they will not give you a direct phone number to the company you're trying to get out to your house my appointment was for 9:00 in the morning nothing I waited a 2-3 hours called with great difficulty understanding the person I was speaking with they said they didn't have a bee suit the technician didn't so they needed to try and find somebody with a bee suit they said I would get a call back in about 5 to 10 minutes to get an idea of when waited an hour and a half no call back I called the company back which again is in another country spent almost an hour on the phone with them they couldn't get ahold of nobody from this service I signed up for a membership and I can't even talk to anybody about when somebody might be out here I work everyday just like anybody else that's probably reading this and it should not be a horrible experience

Normally great service people. Depends on who comes out once a month! Some are thorough, some not so much. If it rains, maybe a sprinkle of the granular repellent for ants. No spray, no dusting for cobwebs etc. Some were too lazy to walk out back to the outbuildings. Inside, the bug traps were set the first visit and never changed until recently. I still have problems with ants, spiders, cobwebs, and other creatures I couldn’t begin to describe. $98 dollars a month, even on months they DO NOT COME in the winter. I’ll be done when my contract expires.

I’m starting with the biggest issue first. My review of their services will follow. They are deceitful in their sales practices. The young man who wrote his Segway up to my door at 9 PM on a summer night told me I was signing a 12 month agreement. He said if I canceled before the 12 months was up, I would be charged $199 fee. Their services were mediocre. I will explain later. But because of the cancellation fee, I waited for the 12 month Mark to pass. I called to cancel where I was informed that what the young man actually clicked and had me sign was a 24 month agreement. So if I canceled I would be charged $199
I explained what happened to them and they said there was nothing they could do about it because I signed the agreement. The agreement that the young man scrolled through at lightning speed on his iPad on my front porch at 9 o’clock at night as I was devoured by mosquitoes.
I will implore anyone I know not to use them. Their service is average at best anyway.
I didn’t really notice a significant change once they started from when I was doing it myself. Other than the hundred dollars a month I was paying. They do not treat inside your house unless you ask. Several times I asked and the gentleman told me he didn’t have what he needed with him to do an inside treatment, but I could call a number and set one up. A couple times they did come out. Other times they said they were going to and then nobody came, and they didn’t call and explain why. I was still putting my own Aunt bait out in my house.
Completely dissatisfied
I’d like to edit this review after receiving the customary canned comment from active pest control acting like they care. You’ve asked me to reach out to your email address. I’ve already spoken to multiple people on the phone in person multiple times and they’ve all told me to go pack sand. They are unwilling $199 cancellation fee even though your sales person stood on my front doorstep and lied to me. Not only will I never sign up again for your service. I will make it my personal mission to leave as many reviews and as many places as I possibly can.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
