  Aeron Sims, the technician, was very professional in his contact with me. He called in advance to keep me apprised of his arrival time, which he made. He assessed the problem and explained the treatment plan. He provided me with follow up information regarding the infestation and also information to provide to other contractors working on the site to ensure that the treatment was not impeded. He was very thorough; treating the interior and exterior of the structure and inquired if there was any other service needed or questions to be answered. He left me with a very positive impression of him and of your company. I would certainly recommend your service to others.

  *Editing: Alexis was able to support via email and waived the cancellation fee. While I still won't use Aptive for pest control in the future, this was very much appreciated. I also still would not reccommend their call center ever.* Absolutely horrible experience with Aptive Pest Control. Their products did not work, and when I specifically pointed out the problem areas that needed attention, I felt like I was completely ignored. I paid for a service that failed to deliver what was promised. The worst part was trying to cancel. Instead of handling the request professionally, I was bullied and pressured to stay. Even after I explicitly told them they did not have permission to return to my property, I was told they would be coming back anyway. That is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they are refusing to waive a discount from the original contract despite failing to provide the services outlined. It feels like they care more about collecting money and enforcing contract terms than actually solving their customers’ problems. I would not recommend Aptive to anyone. The products didn’t work, my concerns were ignored, and the cancellation process was incredibly unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and choose a different pest control company.

  Aeron did a good job! He notified me that he was on the way. He was very professional and got the job completed timely! I really liked his work! I would like him to be a regular, if at all possible. I really appreciate his work!

  Unresponsive to emails and a privacy security risk! I am not a customer. Months ago I started receiving invoices that are meant to be for someone else - someone must have fat fingered a customer's email address and listed mine. These invoices list the customers name, address, account number, partial payment information, and more. I have responded to these emails numerous times explaining that my name is not "Craig" and explaining the error yet they still send the invoices to my email. I have given them 1 star reviews on their surveys which prompts a followup email asking to explain how they could have done better, which I do, and they still email me their customers information. It's a 45 minute drive but I'm close to driving to their customers home and telling him of the error. Imagine a random stranger showing up at your house because a contractor keeps emailing them your invoice!

  They’re scammers. They told us our bill would be 80 dollars every 3 months and were charging us 80 every month. Aiden was the sales guy that was going door to door in Tecumseh. They came out 1 time and spread stuff in the yard and half asses knocked down cobwebs around the house…that’s it. Then when I was canceling them they wanted to charge me a couple hundred to not do pest control for me any more and our new house was outside of their range. Avoid these scammers at all costs.
