So very disappointed with this service. The sales man specifically told us our yard would be treated for moles. He also stated we could cancel at anytime but there would be a 199.00 fee if canceled in first few months.
We have since been told that they do not treat for moles in the service we receive. They have sprayed twice this month for mosquitoes and the are still terrible. We speaking with the call center, I could barely understand the representative and he would not let me speak with a supervisor and made it sound like I might get a call back. I should not have to pay for a cancellation with the sales person was dishonest about what service is provided.

SCAM. Very rude customer service. I called last summer to pay the $199 cancelation fee and be done with this company. I was told that I could get a reduction in the most shady contract I ever saw (that's on me for not taking more time to read all the fine print) and only have to pay for one more treatment at $79 in early spring and my contractual obligations would be done . I could call to cancel after the one year mark. The last service was in March. Today, I am notified that I have an upcoming service and have to get to more services at $79 each before I can cancel. So, I now they want me to paid them more than the cancelation fee I was willing to pay last summer. In addition, the rude agent said her manager was "in a meeting and will call you back when that is over" No return call.

A man signed up my grandma and charged her $129 a month for pest control. such a scam. Stay away from this company. When we tried to cancel they wouldn’t let us cancel the account. Made us play a cancellation fee which was cheaper than the monthly regardless. SCAMMERS

They came to the house let us know that they deal with pest of all sorts. The salesman told us they would set bait traps for both squirrels and woodchucks. Next day they come to spray and tell us they don’t do wildlife? I don’t understand why your salesman would tell us you can get rid of woodchuck and squirrels. It is a scam and make you watch a stupid AI video to make these claims of they will and won’t do. Nothing does it mention they don’t do wildlife. I believe this company needs to fix their contracts if you aren’t going to help you customers and lie then take it out of the contract.

In 2024 I had an Aptive salesperson knock on my door. I wasn’t interested and made it clear. The individual “broke down” and said they could do a one-time treatment for $49.99. I caved, got the one time treatment, got billed. The next month, got billed almost double. Tried to cancel and got billed another $200+ cancellation fee. Called Aptive, and was told I was signed up for the VIP package. Spent hours on the phone until I was connected to somebody(stateside) that could actually do something. Ended up settling for treatments the next year at the schedule I agreed upon. Should have just got a refund since there was no reduction in stink bugs, bees or spiders. The 3 pests I specifically said I would like treatment for and they committed to helping with.
