    If you need help, I suggest going to another store. Employees will ignore you when you ask them to help you which is their job, very disappointing

    I bought a grill & some furniture accessories a few weeks ago, tried the $400 grill less than 5x and tried to love it but it just wasn’t working the way I expected and I left it outside a few days more than expected and finally got a chance to return it all for the cashier manager & supervisor to tell me “ its too used to be returned” after explaining I wasn’t satisfied with it! So, I called the grill brand and they told me as long as I have a receipt Lowes should easily return it, I called to confirm with the store before I made a second trip & they still denied me….i called another location and told them about my experience and they told me to make sure I had my receipt and everything that came with it in the box and id be able to EASILY return it like I was expecting to do here. The other locations manager & supervisor were very friendly and understanding with amazing customer service and returned it quickly and helped me pick out a new and better grill for less then the one i returned. You are 2 miles away from my house but I will never visit again when I can go to any other location and actually be treated correctly.

    Purchased and picked up half a pallet of mulch. Tried to give the guys five bucks for dropping it in the back of the truck but was told my five dollars wasn’t worth anything and that a review would be better. So here’s your review. Maybe be a little less ungrateful when somebody tries to hand you money.

    Purchased these black out curtains at Lowe’s are they really black outs No the only response I received is that they are really not 100% black out like advertised The only option they gave me is, I could return the curtains for a refund, but yet they don’t want to compensate in any manner for the installation of the curtains one should check out their products they sell to make sure they are what they say Because obviously they’re blackout curtains are not

    Their new Ai phone answering system is absolutely deplorable. Before this, communication with Lowes was poor to ok at times. I used to be able to get through, via phone, to a specific department fairly easy. But now they have are paying Ai to answer the phone it is really terrible and almost impossible to get through to a real person. The Ai software is programmed to deny your plea to speak to a real person and wants to handle every situation itself. So, if you know, you absolutely have to talk to a real person to handle your situation. You’ll have to spend 2 to 3 minutes and eight or so tries before it’ll finally give up and allow you to speak to somebody. It will just keep telling you it can handle just about every situation and it will ask you what he can do for you as if you didn’t tell her already the previous seven times that you need to speak to the operator or a real person or a specific department. For instance, if you believe you lost something in the store and you need to check with somebody to see if it isn’t lost and found good luck you’re going to have to deal with AI as if it can handle that request.
