Terrible experience, Called several times to get help with a vinyl replacement gate since mine was damaged. Disconnected several times, asked for a manager three times and the woman would not connect me to a manager. Ultimately no one bothered to help at all and Lowe's could care less!

t want to thank Bart Foster at the Commerce Township, Michigan Lowes for the amazing customer service today. He delivered a large sink to my van and helped me reorganize the contents of my van to make the sink fit. He was pleasant and careful and did everything right!
We were at this location earlier and also received friendly helpful service from a couple of cashiers who helped us find a cart and also another employee who made sure we knew where we were going. You should shop here!

Sour Sally is all I can say…
I attempted to exchange a perennial plant that never came back the following season. Before making the trip to the store, I specifically called to confirm what I needed for the exchange. I was told all I needed was the receipt and the plant dug up. I even explained that there was nothing left except dirt, no roots, no visible plant material and was assured that would be fine.
After arriving at the store, I spoke with Sally, whose attitude was rude and dismissive from the start. She informed me that I needed the original plant tag, receipt, and a root ball. When I explained that I had called ahead and was told otherwise, she showed no interest in helping resolve the situation.
To make matters worse, two managers, Melissa and Mike, were called over. Unfortunately, they were just as unhelpful and simply repeated the same information instead of addressing the fact that I had been given incorrect instructions by their staff. The entire visit was a complete waste of my time.
If Lowe's requires customers to keep plant tags for warranty claims, that information should be clearly communicated at the time of purchase, on receipts, and on the website. Most people do not keep plant tags for an entire year, especially after a plant has been successfully planted.
I spent money on a perennial that failed to return, followed the instructions provided by Lowe's staff, and was still turned away. The poor customer service and lack of accountability were far more disappointing than the dead plant. I will think twice before purchasing plants from Lowe's again.

After leaving this review, I called the number provided here and I spoke with Allan on the phone, who kindly told me to come in and assured me they would take care of me. When I arrived, I realized there had been some confusion and I had actually been speaking with a different location. Despite that, Lisa at the Commerce location stepped in and made everything right. I truly cannot express how grateful I am for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Her effort turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I will always appreciate the care she showed me.
I’ve decided to change my original 1 star review to 4 stars because I still had to go through quite a few hoops to get this resolved, Lisa’s customer service and genuine care made a huge difference in the end.

I had an excellent experience picking up an online order at Lowe’s in Commerce thanks to Barton ("Bart") F. He went above and beyond to help me transport several 8-foot trim pieces, taking the time to problem-solve and find a way to fit everything safely into my car.
Bart was also incredibly patient and helpful when I discovered that one of my PVC edging pieces was dented and needed to be exchanged. He assisted me throughout the process and made what could have been a frustrating experience very easy.
At 31 weeks pregnant, I truly would not have been able to manage everything on my own.
