I ordered a dishwasher online when it came the installer told me it wasn’t going to fit and showed me the right one to order that dishwasher never entered my home. Lowe’s is still charging me for it. It’s almost been a year of me trying to get this off of my bill. The credit card company says they understand and they see that there’s two charges on there, but that I have to have somebody from the store Take it off because they don’t work together. when I went to the store on hall rd They told me which store it came from and that the installer just didn’t hit the return button that I needed to go 20 minutes away to that store to get this problem resolved. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a wonderful woman who understood my problem completely and tried to help a manager came out. And accused me of keeping this dishwasher and selling it for the money maybe that’s something she would do and that’s why she thinks I would do it, but her brain should’ve told her I wouldn’t have paid for installation if I was trying to steal something. Even though I had all of the proof that I needed, she treated me like a thief and argued with me until I began to cry and begged her to help me. I ended up leaving, but I’m not done. Lowe’s will not get away from stealing over $1000 from me in the amount of time that I’ve had to deal with trying to get this situation that they created rectified.. It’s not good business to steal from your customers and then call them the thief. That manager should not be in her position and I will make it my mission to make sure she never makes anyone else feel the way she made me feel. The best part is, they told me I needed to contact the installer, but then didn’t even have their phone number So just so everyone understands the credit card company that they use does not work with them and neither do the people that install the products that you buy from them. This means when you order from a trusted company, they’re sending a complete stranger into your home so if you have a problem with them, they can’t even help you because they don’t know who the people are. The Lowe’s on 14 mile has been the most amazing place for me over the past 20 years to move to a new area and be treated like garbage is unacceptable. When she pulled up the invoice number it shows the dishwasher is still at their building ready for pick up Yet she refuses to refund my money I said if I can’t have my money, can I at least have the dishwasher? she said no. This means they know what they’re doing to their customers.

The store layout, available products and locations are relatively good. However, the service is some of the worst that one can experience.
I don't put that all on Lowe's because the simple fact is the available workforce no completely useless , especially anyone 18-30 that works there are just some of the most inept, phone addicted, useless and uncaring people I have ever had to endure.
