The installation team designed the layout around our existing storage and completed everything in about a day and a half. Compared to before, the garage feels significantly more organized and usable for projects and repairs. Tools are easier to access, and the dedicated workspace keeps clutter from spreading throughout the garage. It’s a practical improvement that made the space feel far more efficient without requiring a full renovation.

And wouldn’t honor their mistake. And they were expecting me to check item sku number before purchasing. And when i was speaking to the manager some one went and removed the price tag .

First, they hide an 'Estimated Install Date' in the fine print of the invoice—in my case, giving them an outrageous 3-month window (until May 11, 2026). They use this date to justify any delay and refuse to provide a firm schedule. Second, their customer service is dishonest. They repeatedly claimed they had called me to schedule the installation, but they never did. Even when I provided direct proof—screenshots of my call logs showing zero missed calls—they continued to lie and refused to admit their mistake or apologize. I only managed to get my countertop installed on March 30th because I pressured them constantly. Without my daily persistence, they would have happily left me without a kitchen until May. Their 'service' is based on excuses and misinformation. Avoid their installation department if you value your time and honesty.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
