  I've been to a few Love sac stores, first when my daughter was shopping for a couch, then when i was looking at all options for a couch, then after deciding on Lovesac, to purchase it. Every time the staff was helpful and fun. As stressful as furniture shopping can be, the staff really made it fun! And then there's the product itself. Sturdy, comfortable, versatile, and beautiful!

  I came in looking at sectionals and honestly wasn't sure what I wanted. Emily was amazing — super knowledgeable, patient, and helped me figure out exactly what would work for my space. She answered every question I had and made the whole process really easy. She was just insanely nice the entire time. Not in a salesy way — she genuinely seemed to care that I was making the right call. I ended up walking out with a sectional that me and my dog love, and a big part of that was her. Ask for Emily. You won't regret it.

  We purchased from Lovesac and the company / local store has been fantastic . We had an issue with the cover . Nothing huge - not the local stores fault . I have to say that everyone went above and beyond to ensure that i was a satisfied customer. I am very happy with the outcome . Emily texted me to see how the product was performing for us and also kept us updated about our back ordered item . What is this concept?? A store that cares and actually follows up ?? It’s rare in today’s world and I 1000% recommend this company . Both for product and customer service .

  In February 2026 we went into the physical store location of LoveSac at the Partridge Creek Mall. When we walked into the store we were quickly greeted by several members of the sales staff. We were paired with Emily, and she immediately let us know she would help with any questions we had. She was also accompanied by a newer staff member who was learning From Emily. Emily took us first to choose our fabrics and made that process super easy. We told her we had four small dogs and she gave us recommendations on what to get, and what would make the best sense. She never tried to sell us the most expensive items, she sold exactly what we needed. We then moved on to designing the layout and again, she made sure we didn’t overbuy or go smaller for our space. Emily is a huge wealth of knowledge about the product, and she listened which is rare in sales today. When the couch arrived it was perfect, and we absolutely love everything about it. We also added the large LoveSac chair and squattomon and we could not be happier. I would not only recommend LoveSac but also tell you to go to the store. Emily and her team listened, and sold us EXACTLY what we wanted and we will recommend Emily and LoveSac to anyone looking for a great product, from a great company and an awesome sales staff.   This review is for Lovesac company in general, not for this specific store. The workers here were actually helpful in guiding us to the right contacts and were empathetic of our situation - huge shoutout to them. I bought a SuperSac in August 2025, and Feb 2026 a pipe burst in my home, flooding my entire condo with 6'' of water and destroying everything. Apparently, the warranty does not cover water damage, one of the few things that could actually destroy your furniture - It only covers manufacturer damage. Not only will they do nothing to alleviate this financial impact (LoveSac is extremely pricey), but they also won't even allow me to PURCHASE enough foam for the inside of my Lovesac. You can call and talk to customer service, but there's no way to actually talk to someone in the warranty department, the people making these warranty decisions. I am forced to buy an entirely new sac. How do you sell $2,000 "bean" bags but can't sell the material inside of it for situations like this? Poor customer service/warranty follow-up after a huge purchase for consumers and I'll never purchase anything from them ever again.
