  Everyone at the Gratiot store was very helpful, unlike the other two stores I've been, which they treated me like a used car salesman to try to get you to by a car. Thanks again Shelly...your a stand alone salesperson!!!!

  Well our sales representative Michelle was on it as soon as we walked in the door plus she was friendly, super attentive and her team member I think her name is Otto was marvelous, also friendly and extremely knowledgeable in assisting us and they were a joy to work with, you can tell they love their job, also the manager ran an awesome team of phenomenal (earthlings) in my husband's words...lol Thank you GW for making our furniture shopping experience extraordinary. We left with big smiles .

  Mary was a pure pleasure. She asked all the right questions and was a huge huge help!!! She definitely was very professional glad I stopped in. Can't wait to get my new sectional!!!

  Me and my husband visited GW Outlet on Gratiot Clinton Township on 8/3/2026 and we had a wonderful shopping experience. Our sales man ken was awesome. Very professional, kind and helpful. Me and my husband was so very pleased with ken. He helped us pick out the most beautiful furniture for our Love Cave. Thank you Ken.
