  The end result of Keri’s vision and expertise is evident in virtually every room in our house. Her understanding of our taste resulted in fabric, window treatment and furniture recommendations that were simply outstanding. It didn’t end there. She also helped us with picture placements and plant purchases! Keri took customer service to a whole new level. Kevin introduced us to a Scandinavian sofa brand called Stressless — the perfect blend of streamlined elegance and comfort. Thank you Keri, Kevin and the entire Harrison’s team for making our new home look so beautiful!

  Excellent experience buying a sofa and pillows here. Melanie helped me find a small sectional to fit my space and it coordinates perfectly with my area rug. She was conscious of my budget and the prices are reasonable. I wouldn’t want to buy anywhere else. After visiting other stores, Melanie was the only one who helped with space planning and has a gift for coordinating colors and patterns.

  We have been working with Harrison’s for the past seven years on several projects. Kevin Harrison and Mel Johns-Secreto are awesome! Mel, who is our designer and project manager on our current project (a complete redesign of our newly purchased home) is a perfect fit. She is creative, intuitive, and a pleasure to work with. She challenges us with new and innovative options which we never would have considered while keeping the budget in mind. Her communication and attention to detail is beyond compare. The redesign of our new home is what we expected from Harrison’s. Use of our existing furniture with an updated, modern edge was just the result we were looking for. We give them our highest recommendation!

  Very nicely presented store, I believe the owner (Kevin Harrison) is a talented interior designer. We really love the idea of being able to support local business owners too. I feel bad having to write a bad review for a local business... Unfortunately, Kevin's skillset does not extend beyond design to customer service or basic communication. My wife purchased a statue to be picked up later; paid, signed, sealed... you get the point. Apparently Kevin wanted to use the statue she purchased for his new store and refused to release it to her. This was not a one of a kind item, another could be ordered but he was not satisfied with the price that she paid. After probing for a solution, she was given the option of paying an additional $350 for a duplicate statue to be ordered and delivered, which she refused. The situation escalated and this man was literally screaming at my wife calling her a "Crazy Witch". I called to try to mediate the situation and Kevin began yelling at me and hung up on me. This is genuinely one of the most bizarre and unbelievable customer service experiences I have ever experienced. I cannot comprehend the logic being used in his handling of this situation. The situation is actually laughable now, just so absurd... A person’s character becomes very apparent in situations like this. Unfortunately, this is not a man whose business I could ever feel comfortable supporting again. Bottom line: We discovered that there are some great stores in Fenton that can get all the same items without having to work with a shady business. Kevin, you did me a favor by keeping the 500 pound statue out of my living room but you degraded my wife with your outlandish and rude behavior. The right thing to do would have been to ship her a duplicate statue for the same price she paid or follow through on your commitment and release the statue she purchased. BTW, still no refund on my credit card...
