  We’ve had Travis PC out a few times in the past to take down or remove wasp nests, and we have always been satisfied with their work… Then we notice some ants were getting a little overpopulated around a couple of areas of our foundation, so we asked for a spray in those few areas to get them to retreat a little, and the technician advised us to let him do the whole outside of the house, since it was the same price. My Wife and I were a little apprehensive because we are completely organic and we have pets that frequent the yard, but I figured just going around the foundation shouldn’t be too much of a concern… Then, it was too late… When the technician said he would spray the whole house, he literally meant, THE WHOLE HOUSE! From the gutters to the foundation, and EVERYTHING, and I literally mean EVERYTHING, in between was sprayed.. Our porch (top to bottom), all of our entry doors, the side walk, all of our freshly cleaned windows, our rose bushes, our Hummingbird Feeders, our Bird Feeders, my Wife’s $500-$700 Herb and Fruit Garden on our deck, our grill, our back sliding glass patio doors, the siding all around the house, the garage doors (thank GOD I closed it beforehand) our entire driveway…EVERYTHING!!! No one from Travis PC ever said what the “spraying” would entail, because there’s ZERO (ALL CAPS). ZERO chance we would have ever allowed such complete and utter disregard to be carried out anywhere near our home and pets! Then there was the wonderful attempt at Gaslighting from this company’s General Manager, who couldn’t have given a single thought or care to our concerns! “No refunds!” She said, as if that would have even been a drop in the bucket for the anxiety and stress caused by the technician completely poisoning the entire outside of our home… For a few harmless ants, by comparison. Quite frankly, this company can take our $335 service fee, and break it off sideways somewhere. What a complete joke, the way this place handles legitimate customer concerns. Will consult an Attorney in the meantime.

  Good people on time work hard they go above and beyond very competitive pricing had to tip well just to clear my guilt lol very fast but thorough very respectful of my property and landscaping even my wife was happy she made homemade lemonade for them too
