  Purchased custom order furniture before Memorial day. Wouldn't know how it is, because my 4-6 week build time had turned into 4 months. App shows they are both built now within the past week, but have not heard a thing for delivery. Now the store says temporarily closed. Phenomenal

  Pretty terrible quality furniture. We bought a set of way overpriced cheap furniture from La Z Boy Canton. Bought a living room set, they delivered the product broken from the factory, they acknowledged it was broken from the factory. We then had to jump thru hoops in their warranty department for the next 9 months (took 4 separate days off work to meet techs at the house to try to fix their mistakes), for them to do the right thing but it was obvious they were blowing us off. They finally agreed replace it after running out of ways to get out in of it and said “by the way if this is broke too after a couple months it’s your problem because this warranty runs out in a couple months”. The new couches are just as bad. Who woulda guessed? If you like overpaying for furniture thats going to look sound and feel like it’s 10 years old after a few months, La Z Boy is your place! If not, I would recommend a much cheaper furniture store. At least when your couch might outlast the 2 years of payments there. Couldn’t be more disappointed in our first La z Boy experience. 👎

  Absolutely exceptional service from Katie and Khuloud at La‑Z‑Boy Canton. They went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered and every option was explained clearly. Their teamwork, positive energy, and genuine care made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress‑free. You can tell they truly love helping customers. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received — Five stars — highly recommend both of them!

  Love my new furniture. Katie was unbelievably helpful and patient during my selection process. Katie made it easy for me to make my decision to get exactly what I wanted. She kept me well informed of my time line as my delivery date approached, (special order). My delivery team Ray and Breeze were professional and efficient. White glove treatment indeed! They took great care in handling my items. My experience with LA-Z-BOY was perfect and will be happy to visit them again for any future furniture needs.

  My wife and I stopped into the La-Z-Boy store in Canton and were greeted by Katie Umlauf. We jokingly told Katie right away that we probably weren’t going to be her best customers of the evening because we weren’t there to buy anything! We had already purchased La-Z-Boy furniture for our condo in Florida, but we were struggling to select the right fabric and color for one of our chairs. Katie smiled, laughed with us, and said she would be happy to help. She then spent the next 30 minutes patiently going through colors, fabrics, and patterns with us. There was absolutely nothing in it for her—no sale, no commission—yet she gave us the same attention and service I would expect if we were furnishing an entire room. With Katie’s help, we finally found exactly what we wanted. That kind of customer service deserves to be recognized. We don’t know when we’ll need more furniture, but when we do, we know where we’re going and who we’re asking for. Thank you Katie!
