- RRRita Robinson4 days ago4.0Salesman was great! $200 to deliver and unwrap, with no assembly was outrageous! The delivery men were professional , quick and courteous. I hope they get at least half of that $200.00 fee. Again, outrageous. And so 4 stars.

They took the time to listen to my needs, answer all of my questions, and truly made sure I found the perfect mattress for me. They were knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. I really appreciated how they focused on finding a mattress that was comfortable and suitable for my specific needs, rather than simply trying to make a sale.

Told us to wait 24 hours for the results , still after waiting it was still obvious the cracks and chips on the table. We contacted them back and they said they can’t do anything about it and if we want to return we have to pay the 25% fee. And they take forever to call back ! Horrible customer service!

Walked in, seen 5 representatives sitting there with no one greeting us, didn’t offer to assist or help us look for anything at all. Walked around the entire place ourselves and even sat to wait for someone to assist us. Never got the assistance and walked back out.
