  This store is a scam, they would give you all types of “deals” and offered you a credit card easy payments, etc. Get a “free” delivery and some guarantee lies. The interest rate goes 65% of the furniture’s price, be aware do not do this. The quality of the furniture is horrible, sofas made of cheap wood and fabric. Give yourself something better and buy Amish furniture or go to the sofa store in Ann Arbor, better quality better price and designer look. They would only answer a call if you want to purchase stuff, if you have other issues they won’t even bother. Está tienda solo estafa a la gente, la calidad no refleja el precio del mobiliario, ellos le van a tratar de vender una tarjeta y esta viene con 65% del interés, lo cual después ni tratan de arreglarlo. No compre aquí hay una tienda de mejores muebles en Ann Arbor y también con los menonitas, de pura madera. Questo negozio è una truffa: ti propongono ogni tipo di "offerta" e ti promettono pagamenti facili con carta di credito, ecc. Ti promettono la consegna "gratuita" e garanzie fasulle.   Montez was excellent! From the time I came into the store till I left was about 35-40 minutes. Of course it made it easier that I knew what I wanted! Mr Barr was very helpful and looked up details on several of the chairs I was looking at so I could make an informed decision. Will definitely go back and ask for Montez when looking for additional furniture. Would highly recommend

  Top notch service. as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a sales person and I thought to myself oh no that didn’t take long. I haven’t even had a chance to look at anything. I am so glad that.Stamati Was the individual I walked into that day. Just so happens I was looking for an adjustable bed and he was the Manager of finance and Bedding Department. More than knowledgeable of all items concerning Bedding when it comes to what I was looking for. He saved me some money, not allowing me to buy things that I thought I needed, and showed me the difference between cooling and normal bedding, sheets, pillows, and the bed itself. Thank you to Stamati Kaplantzes Customer for life…. Truly, Stephen

  Got the 30% Memorial Day pricing on a loveseat recliner that we have been interested in for some time at the Canton store. Yesterday we were told that we couldn't have the 30% off price at the Novi store so we walked out. The young man today was knowledgeable and a good salesman. .

  Jason was very kind and courteous, also very informative. He helped me make up my mind. And told me all the good points about the furniture. I was interested in and he also let me know, because I have a cat that I could get special insurance for animals, which I didn't know that gardener white caried.
