We had an absolutely amazing experience at this storage facility! From the moment we walked in, Deb was so warm and welcoming. She made the process incredibly smooth, and even though we arrived close to closing, she never rushed us. She was so accommodating, and we even shared lots of laughs! It honestly felt like talking to a friend. On top of all that, she gave us a fantastic deal. If you need a storage unit, this is the place to go, highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were visiting an old friend. Deb went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her kindness and genuine care made the entire experience enjoyable. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made the process simple and stress-free, and treated us with such warmth and respect.
The facility was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we were looking for, but the outstanding customer service is what truly sets this location apart. I've been renting from Extra Space for about 4 years now. I have plans to continue renting with them. Extra Space is very affordable. The space is very well kept. Entering and exiting is very convenient and easy to access. I feel safe going alone knowing that the gate is going to close behind me and no one without a code will be able to enter the area. The area is really nice off of a Main Street. Help is available when needed during business hours. The staff is VERY respectful, helpful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE with the space. The restroom is always clean. I would recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for storage. .
