I used purchase green in salt lake city. I used one of their approved installers. We were told the product was great for pets. One month after installation we had horrible pet odors. We used all products that they recommended. Nothing worked. The place i bought from went out of business. No surprise. The utah county business said they would come and look at my issues but instead contacted the contractor and the backed out because the contractor does business with him. I tried corporate to get warranty but they didn't help either. It has been 3 years and not one person has even come to look at my turf yet. They give lip service. Their lifetime warranty is a joke. My turf is getting holes in it and they just pass the buck to the contractor. This is the worst company. DO NOT USE PURCHASE GREEN OR ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. The products don't work and when i used the Oxyturf which works well on odors they say it voids warranty. Their Zeodorizer ruined my turf

We originally met the company at a home show and were really impressed with the turf options. We were putting in a pool and wanted turf by the patio area. We expressed our concern was that we had a dog and asked if that is an issue with turf as we thought it might be. They explained that as long as we took care to clean up after him and clean the turf that they have pet rated fill and grass. We then went through the process of the install. Despite taking very good care of the turf the fill has shifted so there are shallow spots and the smell is absolutely terrible. We even put essential oils and plants out to help and nothing has truly helped. We reached out to them, the contacts we had of who quoted us, and installed it, multiple times and no one has responded. Messages were left expressing our issue and still radio silence. Unless you have a very small space with no pets and plenty of shed I would not use turf and don't believe someone if they say it's pet friendly.

Bobby and his team did an excellent job installing our artificial grass. From start to finish Bobby was friendly and easy to work with. He is extremely hard working and does great work. The attention to detail was amazing. The cut in around our stone retaining wall...WOW! The final product looks fantastic.
