  We originally met the company at a home show and were really impressed with the turf options. We were putting in a pool and wanted turf by the patio area. We expressed our concern was that we had a dog and asked if that is an issue with turf as we thought it might be. They explained that as long as we took care to clean up after him and clean the turf that they have pet rated fill and grass. We then went through the process of the install. Despite taking very good care of the turf the fill has shifted so there are shallow spots and the smell is absolutely terrible. We even put essential oils and plants out to help and nothing has truly helped. We reached out to them, the contacts we had of who quoted us, and installed it, multiple times and no one has responded. Messages were left expressing our issue and still radio silence. Unless you have a very small space with no pets and plenty of shed I would not use turf and don't believe someone if they say it's pet friendly.

  I had a great experience with this company. They did everything they said they would do, from custom constructing to scheduling and completing the project. The customer service went far beyond expected. The owner was on his family vacation and even stopped by my house to make sure I was happy and the job met his standards. Now that is pretty special... Great job.

  Fantastic job done by Bobby; the installers ran into weather problems and staffing so Bobby stepped up personally to get the job installed on time as needed. The turf he picked is perfect.

  Outstanding work! We we're absolutely thrilled with the craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. The expertise they brought to the project was beyond words, and their recommendation to use a drainage tile beneath the artificial grass proved to be worth every penny. When it rains, the water quickly drains away, and within just 15 minutes, you can comfortably enjoy the grass.
