I reserved a 5 ×10 unit from this place because my living situation ended abruptly and I had to pack up and move back to my family. John called me after I booked and helped me get all set and reserved for my unit. John showed me a lot of kindness and when I went to my unit today he also showed me where it was, how to lock it, and gave recommendations for some furniture I was thinking of storing. I have never had to use a storage unit before so I was very thankful for the kindness and cleanliness of this location. Thank you.
