  I asked at the end of the 2025 season that someone come out and speak with me regarding my lawn care prior to any treatment for the 2026 season. I was told at that time a note would be added to my account. I had used their services for several years and my lawn, in my opinion, was getting worse not better. As one might guess they did not reach out to me prior to first treatment as requested. In addition I questioned if the application of fertilizer and weed control had been put down in early April was evenly applied as I had a large area/strip that did not green up like the rest of the lawn. When I called and spoke to Lilly in the office she seemed to be totally indifferent about my concerns. Only said we are scheduled to do a treatment on your bushes tomorrow do you want me to cancel that treatment. No offer to speak with someone else regarding future treatment plans, look at my current lawn conditions or apologies for not getting with me prior to the first treatment as requested. Interesting way to treat your customers.

  I have been using them for few years. Prices are very reasonable and haven't gone up every year like other Fertilizer companies i used. They are also on time and send a text message the day before they come out.
