  UPDATE: I'm updating my original review from 3 stars. Great "CUSTOMER SERVICE" it's rare these days. Downriver pest control have it. They truly care. I had dead bird that technician could not get. Due to live birds in nest and building restrictions... Not only was the tech super professional. And very apologetic. Pat calls me to tell me they are refunding my money. Not even a hesitation. That's going to get them a customer for life.... Thank Downriver Pest control!! Please keep your amazing service.

  I am so happy with this service I received. The office very prompt on returning calls with questions . Michael C had applied my service and I learned a lot from him on the process and how about the outside Insects and what they are and do. I am very impressed . I am referring friends. Thank you

  We have asked Michael be our tech every visit because of his top notch customer service. He is so patient and thorough while sharing his knowledge for all of my questions. I have major phobias of centipedes, spiders and bees and he goes above and beyond every visit

  Ethan was awesome! Came on time to a precautionary inspection appointment and was extremely informative. Walking my boyfriend through the process and what to look out for and thoroughly checked to make sure there were no bugs to worry about. Awesome experience, thanks Ethan!

  Wow, professionalism at its best!!! Ethan was absolutely incredible, showed at the scheduled time (which is a rarity now a days), explained the spraying process to me and was very personable!!! We were looking into different pest control companies and settled with Downriver Pest Control from a recommendation from a neighbor, and we certainly weren’t disappointed!!!
